    Fonbet payout problem

I have had an account with Fonbet.com for many years, but didn't use them regularly these last couple of years. In fact, my last bet was in early 2020.

I tried logging in today and found Fonbet.com to be gone (a whole load of sister sites are still up; Fonbet itself is a huge Russian bookmaker with shops etc).

Apparently somewhere in February the .com-version was shut down and players had until mid-March to withdraw. I was 100% certain I was never informed of this in any shape or form.

So, where's my money? I'm used to bookmakers disappearing, I'm not used to a skin disappearing, the company surviving, but nowhere to claim your balance. The sister sites all say I wasn't registered with them, so they won't do anything. I can't be the only one facing this problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Website gone, all e-mails bounce. There's nothing there anymore.

Yeah, tried several different Fonbet's. They all say they have nothing to do with the .com version (how convenient..).

When you say you contacted all their sister-sites I assume you also contacted the Cyprus version .com.cy ?

    support_en@fonbet.com.cy

How can they say they have nothing to do with fonbet.com when their domain is actually fonbet.com(.cy)?

Yeah I did. And good question. They still said this though. I have no real leverage on them if I'm really the only one having this problem (which is difficult to believe).

If you go to an archived version of fonbet.com, it says "Fonbet.com is no longer available - If you have any questions do not hesitate tocontact us via email admin@fonbet.com - If you have any questions, write to us or call 8 (800) 551-2190"

    http://web.archive.org/web/20200720204327/fonbet.com

This version is from July 20

Two months later they shut down the email address?

Here are some more email addresses from the company behind Fonbet: http://fortune-rg.com/

If that doesn't bring you any further, I would contact IBAS UK, since Fortune Entertainment is a registered operator there: https://www.ibas-uk.com/operators/re...tor-directory/

Thanks a lot Lonnie, great research! It has put me on the right track. Haven't been paid yet, but it's looking better (I'll update if/when I do get paid).
