Since the beginning of this year, I've been losing patience with Bovada. I supposedly have "Hall of Fame - Red Room" status with "expedited" payouts but my latest payout for $1,800 btc that was requested on 10/21 @ 11:55pm (PST) has now ran passed their "24-48 hours" window. Prior to the end of their 24-48 hours window to process the payout, I sent an email approximately 12pm on 10/23/19 asking if this will be processed before 48 hours. I haven't received a response from them, though they said it may take 24 hours to respond. I then filed out the complaint form and was ready to send it out, but decided to call them to see if I can get anywhere. I just talked to CR and then was placed on hold. After a few minutes waiting, CR tells me they just process it and wait 15-20 mins. I'm glad I didn't have to use the complaint form but damn what is wrong with them. I have to wait 48 hours and then call them to get it process. Seems like the request just sits there and they just don't want to process it until you call them.... just horrendous. Oh yeah, they didn't state the reason for the delay, though I didn't ask either. Red Room is more like the black hole.

I’m a regular there... sometimes mine is within 12-24 hours. Sometimes longer. I really think it depends how bitcoin is doing. Right now it took a plunge and all processors are experiencing delays. It has been 3 hours and my crypto deposit hasn’t even gone through.

By the way what kind of stuff u been getting with the red room ? I’m one level under you.

Headsterx......sorry to hear that you're having problems with Bovada. I put in request Sunday(20th) at 10:00 pm and got email Monday(21st) at 9:30 am.
Put in request yesterday(23rd) and Just got email saying it was sent(24th) at 7:00pm.
ALL were bitcoin withdrawals and I am either lucky or not to be getting them so quick....all between $500-$1900

Mine is over 60 hours now and I still haven’t received the payout..... called and they said there’s only one task left for approval, would be done soon. I’ll see what happens today

I've noticed on my payouts with Bovada that if you put in request on the weekend it takes longer than if you do it on a Monday-thursday. During the week I've gotten bitcoin in less than 8 hours!!

I’ve been with them for years, have had successful and smooth withdrawals for many times. However this time I requested a really big one which was my limit of bitcoin withdrawal, 20k. And almost unsurprisingly now I am having delay on it. Called them several times and so far they’ve been dancing around.

Smh........don't BLAST them until they don't pay. When players don't get payouts in the "normal" time as in the past they tend to get really antsy. If you are really worried about getting paid I don't expect you to ever make another deposit there. A+ books have a history of paying.,.......,if something happens and they don't? Then come here and let it be known. There is NO ANSWER they can give you that would satisfy your anxiety.....trust me....been there....done that....but ALWAYS got paid

I don't play with Bovada but I can imagine that they might be at the mercy of their bitcoin processors.

n16510b47597 says there was no delay for smaller withdrawals but there was for a big withdrawal. To me that's backwards. If anything, books should treat their bigger clients better as those clients have more to lose.
