    Question

Can a betting agency close my account and notify me via email that due to commercial reasons they've decided to close my account and to provide them with account details to transfer my funds

i can't log into my account any longer too shocking

    It's normal.

Either consider it a badge of honor, or a warning that your type of play will probably be under scrutiny at other places too. Depending on why they think you are commercially unviable for them.

I personally think it sucks that they can just not take winners business btw. But it is normal.

I had an awsome run over a month where I turned 7k into 40k. They limited me to 1k bets yesterday and then today after winning 2k on spurs 1st half over and full time over they decided to close my account.

surely I should be able to still log in and check my statement right

You'd think you should be able to.

But being treated this way is not uncommon.

I assume you don't know your exact balance? If so, best not to tell them that imho. Just give them the account info for payout and cross fingers you get it all with no further argument or delay is my advice.

Yeah like I said they closed it as soon as the spurs bet settled and I i tried logging in to check my balance and to see if the bets have settled but wasn't able to get in so I called them. They were like check ur email surely they could have just disabled my ability to put on bets or restrict me to like $100 a bet right

Yeah of course that's what any reasonable person would expect, but who knows what they can do with their software.

You are hoping for a reasonable response. Some of these books just don't give one.

I mean it's real money we are talking about and it's about 30k that I had in there so how do I know they won't screw me. Can they just pretend my account never existed?

Books don't have to give you a reason

Secondly this is call risk management which is good booking practices if you want to be profitable

Great job on the run up
