Did my weekly call to inquire on 3 checks was told "they needed to get these checks out" and will resume next week after having "to find a new processor/relationship with a different bank"

We are presently experiencing a delay with processing checks via Regular Mail so we have upgraded all regular mail withdrawals to be sent via FedEx free of charge. Your check have been submitted on the next batch and your tracking number will be emailed once available.

The number of complaints about WSEX has increased significantly. I have close to a dozen new emails and PMs over the last couple days. I am going to be adding these complaints and responding to each one over the next couple of hours. So if you sent a complaint in recently, you should be getting a response today.
For all of those who have submitted complaints over the previous month. I still have you on the list and have taken this list to my best WSEX contact several times. However, it seems updates and payouts have decreased significantly. I haven't got any individual updates on complaints in over a week (I have got two messages saying that it is being worked on, but no details).
As transfers to Matchbook have been a popular method of withdrawal for some, I wanted to update what I know. Some of this is already known as SBR posters have been good about sharing details on WSEX.
Matchbook has informed me they are allowing a total of two transfers from WSEX per month, not the one a week that used to be allowed. Additionally, here are the rollover details:
"Please note that WSEX transfer deposits require a 4 time rollover before withdrawals or further deposits from WSEX. We calculate rollover based on the lesser of the bet/to win amount as is industry standard. We use standard LIFO ("last in first out") accounting for rollovers. Your last transfer deposit will need to be rolled over before any withdrawals are processed regardless of any previous balance."
I got that email today as i took the maximum. Sucks that i have to roll it over 4x but hopefully we continue to make good picks. I have 3 checks in the queue from wsex for just under 9,000. 1 is coming up on 30 business days. The other 2 are recent. I pray if there is a god i see that money.
Looks like the pressure on WSEX is mounting.
It will be a miarcle if they survive the drought season... I was convinced that they would be out of business by Dec 2009... but now it really seems to be closer than ever to the end... pity, because they used to be one of my favourite bookmakers.

UV82 you crack me up man. How would you feel if you had substantial amounts at a book? Would you want to help create a mass exodus? I think CHUCK is just being cautiously optimistic. I will admit it doesn't look the most promising but you can't beat a man down for having HOPE.
How do you do the transfer to Matchbook? Setup a account with Matchbbok and then call Wsux to tranfer money into Matchbook?
Does anyone here have any thoughts on matchbook? Good or bad?

To be honest, im quite disappointed with MB. I use to be on them when i started online betting and the interactive was nice to play with when i was home for the televised games, but now once the game starts you see 24 bucks on each line. Really disappointing.
Otherwise they are good for what they are, an exchange. They pay fast too.
yep, sums up matchbook-----and you email both books with the acct#-amount-and which one you are depositing to and withdrawing from
Usually transfer completed within 3 hours currently by email.

Unbelievable the stupidity of some people. If posting factual info on a sportsbook is "defending" them so be it.
Anybody know if this was a rule change done on the fly ? I requested my withdrawal made on 01/06/10

A review of your account shows that you have made Credit card deposits. Please note, customers who use ************ to deposit funds are not eligible for Interbook transfers.
I used an ******** debit card to fund my account and those transactions were done 7 months ago.
Not changed on the fly. It's been this way as far as I know. It helps to transfer into WSEX via Matchbook first. Similar to using Moneybookers, or ******* etc... they won't withdraw with those methods unless deposited first from those methods.
I was the exception to this rule. I was checking one of my old email accounts a few days ago. There was correspondence saying that since i deposited with a CC i couldn't transfer funds to my MB account, but they said a supervisor allowed it. Its a shame I foolishly blew my money on MB since rolling over 2500 to 10k sucks when i have like 15k in my WSEX I'll probably never see. Looking back that was dumb. Oh well.

Stop right there. I'm a big time defender of WSEX, they've been my original book and have never been done wrong by them.
That said, you have never been forthright about your relationship with WSEX... you are a shill of some kind.

I have passed on info that I have gathered from many sources.
When clueless posters posted that WSEX would stiff everyone and shutdown before the start of the 2009 NFL season, I posted that would not be the case. Since then I have been attacked by clueless posters. Stating facts is not "defending" a sportsbook.

To lighten the mood a little..... I did get a Moneybooker transfer for 2500 originally requested 3 weeks ago today.
Just when I think they could even remotely stiff I get paid. This leads IMHO that they are in fact at least attempting to get all payments due sorted out. Time will tell, but it would be helpful to know if anyone else has received a check method withdraw recently as these seem to be 2-3 months out now.
withdrawl from 2/24. asked for info last week. got an answer without any infomation. asked again today for some kind of time frame. here is thier resonse.

again - no real information. i have asked josh to be put on the waiting list. it has always helped in the past. within a week i got my money after asking for josh's help for the past 5 - 6 months. i am not worried about getting my money - i am worried about how long it takes to get checks. getting longer obviously a bad sign.
2/24....you're gonna have to wait quite a while longer, I'm still waiting from janurary 6th. Good luck though, we are all in the same sinking ship
I like wsex live bets but I hate there slow payouts... Maybe they will get better...
This is turning into a nightmare!! They won't even let me transfer to Matchbook because I have deposited via credit card in the past, even though I have deposited with other methods too!
Out of all the books out there I can't believe I got wrapped up with this one!!!
I'm from that same time zone. This week will make 3 full months since asking for a payout. Obviously I would not recommend anyone go near the place right now. Not sure at what point a slow pay turns into a no pay but we're probably getting close.
Not looking good, hopefully someone will at least buy them out so the players don't end up getting stiffed. Thankfully I'm just waiting for the last payout (and the smallest of them all), even if they get me for this one it won't be too bad. Good luck sir, we still got hope but every email I get from them is more evasive than the one prior. This is a sinking ship, get out the best way you can.
