rest assured I have read all your posts sir. you haven't provided any proof to your accusations. but since you insisted I googled it and found that video in which justin7 says that usually bwin have been very good at cooperating regarding disputes. the isolated incident which was classified as theft was actually resolved.

They don't get a whole lot of complaints. It's actually kind of weird. I used to handle 10 complaints a month, at least. When they stopped answering, the number of complaints dropped to about 1 or less. I think there were forums somewhere telling players to contact us, because many complaints were emailed to me directly.

When I was working with Bwin, there were never any real issues. I can't remember ever disagreeing with the final resolution (maybe there were some small issues, but nothing I recall).

They are certainly solvent financially. I think B- is fair, and perhaps higher. There's a big difference between Bwin not answering a complaint that looks like a fraud issue versus Betfair refusing to answer issues that look slam-dunk in favor of the player. But then, I think Betfair should be about a C+ book for pro-players.

In one year you can convert points in goods and cash to the total value of about 200 euros. In my country that's one month's salary.

Now I am waiting for a 2g cashout from B+ site over 3 days now and I am a bit worry (worry they looking a excuse to close my account and confiscate my balance). They doing security check and ask me to sent in the docu. I sent it in over 24hr ago and no reply so far. How many day should I give them before I file a complain?

If you requested the payout via check or wire, you have pretty much zero chance of receiving it.

With so many books going up I could not understand you desire to put money into low vig when they first came online. It seemed you just couldn't get your money into the book fast enough. Why the hell did you A] deposit so much or B] let your balance get so high in a book with no proven track record?

Did it not occur to you when BOL puts out shitty numbers with a tiny limit that they are trying to get people to deposit and maybe their just not that financially secure.

You keep a big balance at any book that accepts US players your just asking for trouble.

Oh and the SBR book ratings are complete garbage. When we have a book like Heritage straight up rip off a player, deal dual lines, move numbers on air, adjust teaser odds to their favor, limit anyone's account to 100 max bet that is up money, etc. Then you bring up these concerns to SBR they tell you to fuk off and it's just risk management that maybe the rating system is not on the up and up.

I disagree. I've been paid over $20 K on numerous occasions by Bookmaker. I'm not bragging, still down a fortune. Just sharing my personal experience. BM pays every time

Yes, but we are all accountable to the choices we make. While BOL was getting tons of complaints, Mathy was one of their biggest supporters. He stayed with them because of the +ev opps there, which I can understand. Slow-pay is the cost for playing with D Books. Glad he's getting paid, but it shouldn't be that big a shock to him.

BOL and all related Books suck.Their B+ rating is bought and paid for on this forum.

Unfortunatly i bring bad news for you boyz. Probably you all read my thread and my issues with BOL regarding document harasment, deleting wagers and cutting down my limits to 100 usd on all soccer and all tenis wagers. In thier gold age when everyone here praised them i had several large Moneybookers withdrawal with no problem.

Yesterday they sent me an e-mail offering 900 usd freeplay for 2000 usd deposit. ??!!
I asked this guy that sent me an e-mail to raise my limits to 500 usd first and than we will talk. I was sure there is no way they will do that, and i tried to bluff them. But suprise, suprise. He replyed in few minutes saying he will see what can he do about it and just few hours later i got mail from him that he managed to raise my limits to 250.

So, all is clear now. They are in major financial problems, they dont have money to pay balances of existing accounts and lurking for new victoms to deposit. I am not crazy to deposit 2000 usd to a bancrupt book no matter what bonus i get, as it is all only play money not real.

If Lou, Bill and someone else from SBR (i need 3 at least) are willing to guarantee for my money is safe at Betonline and vouch for it with their personal money if i dont get paid there i will consider depositing 2k.

That will probaby help someone here to get paid.
