As we discussed over the phone this morning, we're unable to expedite or reprocess this payout with an alternative method at this point in time. I understand you need these funds relatively soon, and I'm hopeful that we will have some news in the coming week. Once I get an update with your tracking information I'll call you immediately. Once the tracking information is posted, your payout is usually delivered to your address a couple days afterward.
In terms of the many different responses that you may have had in regard to this payout, I want to make sure that this is not the case. By making myself the sole correspondence with you for this payout, you'll be able to communicate with someone who is well informed with your account and avoid any miscommunications.
I'll call you this coming Sunday as we agreed on, in the meantime if you have any other concerns you have my extension.
