It's an average B book. They pay, -108 is nice. They have no where near the options of Olympic, their limits are 25% of the greek and they review all my wagers for 30-60 seconds before accepting.
B book in my opinion. Certainly not Olympic caliber at this point. One can hope!
Have gotten two free fedex payouts now since coming over from greek, both took 4 days very pleased with them

people have constantly complaint about every single thing that makes a sportsbook great or bad, software, amount of wagering options, live help, limits, deposits, withdrawal limits...
Took Malisse to win this morning. The match has been done over an hour. Maybe the grading department has off hours like customer service does overnight.
No biggie as there were not many live events this early in the morning to grade. I can understand why its still not graded.
This is the greatest book I've played at in my 10 year history and I havent even played there long.. They've done everything correct in my assumption and even handled an issue by email I sent them this morning promptly which might have taken other books days just to email me let alone handle the issue..They really are putting the players first and I appreciate it in a book seeing how I play with my hard earned money
FWIW, if you contact customer service and ask them to change your time zone, they will.
Also - I requested $9,XXX via wire and received it 3 days later. It went off without a snag at all. Very pleased.
Better than Betjam/thegreek and 5dimes already? Even with all the other complaints in this thread?
Best book I ever played at. When transferred from Bet Jam I was not happy. Now can only say great things about them. Never in 15 years have said this about a book.
What REAL complains have there been?
Limits? I have 5k on mine... maybe new clients dont get them that high.
Payout Fees? They changed to free.
Betting Options? Not as many as 5dimes, but a ton more then they ever had before.
i just got a check for the 3grand via fedex it was processed on the 14th way too long imo

Same limits I have. Think they are the same for everyone.
No 24 hour support
Gradings especially tennis wagers overnight take hours.
Inconsistent answers to emails and sometimes no response.
I will stay with 5dimes and not transfer anymore here.
Great customer service, rapid responses, professional responses... never had a problem so far. I was in a daze when everything was moved over from Betjamaica, but I have been VERY pleasantly surprised. they also offer many more wagering options than Betjamaica ever did.
I understand the environment that online books have to deal with, so I don't go insane if a payout takes an extra 2 days, or if my book2book transfer takes an extra 24 hours.
See no problems with these guys.They pay and there really isn't much to bitch about so far.Greek/Jam could have sent us to a worse place for sure.
I have very much liked what I've seen thus far in my stay at Heritage... I did a withdraw via B-2-B transfer to 5dimes and it was complete within 24 hours. Great service whenever I've had a question. Decent line variety, including a few things not offered almost anywhere else. Only thign really missing is some sort of in-game/live wagering.

My $3,000 dollar checks are coming in like clock work every Thursday. Requesting them on Monday morning.
This thread and previous threads on Heritage convinced me to transfer some from 5dimes to Heritage to try out. I dont see all the great things. 1. They pay...so does 5dimes, legends, and Diamond.
I tried and without a poker room I wont try again. Irked at the Greek for pulling out and putting me here in a book without a poker room.

Absolutely foolish for any U.S. punter to not have funds at Heritage if they are playing offshore.

Well, I am still waiting for my first XXXX payout from them via FedEx, requested on Sept 18, processed on Sept 19, hopefully I will get it soon.
I will report back when I get it, seeing that an earlier poster requested on the 14th and just got on the 23rd is NOT encouraging at all.
I have played at Oly and 5D for years and I have NEVER had to wait this long for a FedEx check...I mean WTF? What FedEx except for FedEx ground takes over 5 days??? Something is wrong here with this long of a wait with FedEx...are they having liquidity problems that are delaying payments?
And on top of that, when I asked them for the tracking # they said they didn't have it...another WTF? They said they don't log the tracking numbers...What does that mean? Why would they not log the Fed Ex tracking numbers of packages with XXXX checks in them? Am I off base here?
Everyone worships the ground these guys walk on, and maybe I will too, but kind of want my money first.

you will be fine it did take long maybe because it was our 1st payouts with them , but as far as p2p it was next day but the limit is 799 which is horrible

I just hope this is an isolated minority incident, that most of us won't have to deal with.
I called last week and they assured me that I would receive my check by today at the absolute latest, well, I still haven't received it.
Today I call and they say there was a delay with the processor and that I should get it by Wednesday. WTF? Did they not know about the delay before? I requested a tracking number again, but of course they have nothing. Why do I have the feeling I will call on Wednesday after receiving nothing and they will have yet another excuse. At this point I am just HOPING that all these positive comments from people are real and not just paid shills. You can have the best customer service in the world, but if you can't pay your players does customer service matter?
I will keep everyone updated, I REALLY hope I will be able to post here on Wednesday that I received my check.
The lady was very nice and courteous and gave me a $100 free play for my trouble, which is great and all, but I want my check and I would like to receive it when they say I will get it.

I'm in the same boat as you. Called Heritage last week, and they said it's being processed, asked for FedEx tracking #, and they wouldn't provide the info. Check was suppose to arrive within 3-5 days, and as of today, nothing in the mail. I am getting REALLY annoyed.
I am not annoyed, I am very worried. This book has had people pushing it harder than any other book that I can recall and a lot of people including me were skeptical and actions by them such as this, don't inspire confidence.
I think you are probably in my camp in thinking that all this customer service means nothing if you have problems getting paid.
However, if I get my money on Wednesday as promised (for the 2nd time) I will come here and let everyone know that they are reliable. I also hope the check clears. This is NO WAY to handle a first payout. These actions lead to skepticism not confidence in Heritage.

The 2-team teaser involving a loss and a push is graded "no action". Some books grade it a loss.
Quick payouts and Heritage offers book to book transfers.
Finally learning to use the site. Parlays are easier than the Greek. However, Greek had moneylines on just about EVERY college game. Even it was -15,000. And they posted it earlier.
Don't know about payouts yet as my roll is still small. I might request one when I break the $5K mark just to see how well it works.
I like the 4 team, 13 point teasers alot though.
