This looks like a tight weekend doesn't it? Maybe Man City to win to Nil and Chelsea to win to Nil? Otherwise I haven't found any good value, or at least before I read my usual dependable football tips source:

Lay Newcastle versus Tottenham 3.15
Newcastle are undefeated and with the defensive record in the league after 7 games, conceding just 4 times. So what’s the deal with this selection you ask?
Newcastle have conceded in each of their last 3 Premier League games and haven’t faced a stern opponent so far this season. They opened the campaign with a home tie against a shaky Arsenal side who finished the game with 10 men. They’ve since hosted Fulham and Blackburn. One side with a historically poor away record in the Premier League, the other sitting 19th in the table heading into this weekend’s games. On their travels, Newcastle have faced poor starting Sunderland, Queens Park Rangers, draw specialists Aston Villa and Wolves. 7th place Aston Villa are the only top half side Newcastle have faced to date.
Meanwhile Tottenham have overcome their initial opening games with the top two sides by putting an impressive string of results together. Four on the trot, including a 4-0 victory over Liverpool and 2-1 against Arsenal before the international break. With Emmanuel Adebayor, Jermain Defoe, Rafael van der Vaart and Gareth Bale they have a lot of goalscoring threat. There’s also Luka Modric pulling the strings in midfield.
Defensively they’ve started to get their act together with the acquisitions of Brad Friedel and Scott Parker, whilst Ledley King has missed just 8 minutes in their last 4 games. That’s a 100% win record for the centre back, with his side conceding just 2 goals in the process.
Tottenham don’t have a good record in recent years at St James’ Park but this weekend is a great opportunity to turn things around. Gareth Bale against Danny Simpson, Luka Modric against Cheik Tiote, Rafael van der Vaart and Luka Modric slipping passes between Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor for Adebayor and Defoe.
Demba Ba got off the mark before the international break, scoring 4 goals in Newcastle’s last 2 games. He was inconsistent during his time at West Ham and I would be surprised to see him score from open play again this week to be honest. Yohan Cabeye looks like a decent acquisition but Gabriel Obertan is still not settling into the Premier League. Tottenham should win the midfield battle in this one and go on to win the match from there. Tottenham are an attractive 6/4 to win on Sunday.

It starts with Laying Newcastle, but I think Backing Spurs is the much more sensible bet - what does everyone else think?? I like the reasoning especially with Newcastle's defence conceding recently and that they havent played a good team yet.
