    Wake -14.5

A rare capping angle here. Think about it Rutgers ended their season on Nov.27..finished at 5-7 no bowl. So the players say good bye to the coaches, locker room ect. The end of their playing days...4 weeks later they get a bowl bid due to covid. and just a few days to prep for a game ! ? How can these kids be ready in the head and be in mid season form...........I don't see it...............lay the chalk.!!...Wake Forest -14.5........................good luck guys....have much more to add here but you guys get the idea.

Very good point, Goldy. Get what you pay for.

There's GOLD in that soil. Price likely to keep appreciating.

JJ, we start out as Manual Laborers. Then, we work our way up to Land-Owner.

IA farmland is incredibly expensive and will continue to go up as corporate farmers continue to gobble up family farms.

Yes, hubie. I knew you were sharp.

If you get in on a deal, let me (and JJ) know. Would like to get a minority share on a piece of IA land.

I'm willing to offer one free week of my labor to get it rolling. And JJ is willing to contribute one week of sweat, too.

    $9,751 an acre

Driven by strong yields and high corn and soybean prices, Iowa farmland values skyrocketed 29% this year, averaging $9,751 an acre, the highest in 80 years before adjusting for inflation, a new Iowa State University survey shows.Dec 14, 2021
