Could you imagine if the "vaccine" which changes your DNA for good will turn people into zombies eventually (most are already figuratively with that dam cell phone). If they time stamp it, then it would give them "time" to get the masses all over the world so they don't turn into zombies too early. Or, they could just time stamp it for the people to drop dead and die. The tech is there to push the time back. So, the first ones to get the vaccine won't turn into zombies until say 2 years from now. Then, the next batch for the next 100 million can be 1.5 years, etc.
The vaccine will "alter" your DNA. Do you know a chimpanzee has DNA that is only 1-3% (can't recall) different than the human? This vaccine will make you no longer human. As soon as you alter the DNA at all, you are no longer human as you know it.
When I sent out that Barbecue Bob Thread about Cannibalism I was just joking. But dam, it might really happen here now. It's probably already happening in the third world countries every 3 seconds.

They are currently occupying city hall. I predict it will stay somewhat stationary at that location unless a few bad apples decide to bring a gas can and some matches.
They are now blocking the freeway. This is about to get exciting.
