Not sure what his goal was, but it seems like he was going after 6 guys with 6 bullets.

And what kind of Chinese restaurant is that?

    Whoa.

I'm surprised no one was seriously hurt, since it was a glass door and the guy could see the targets though the glass...so he didn't have to reach around the door to shoot...

. More proof that wasting tax dollars on bureaucracy never solves anything, in fact it just makes us all poorer because we keep throwing our tax dollars into a bottomless pit.

So because stolen guns are already out there, there's no point in trying to begin to regulate them?
    Typical.
Watching a lot of FOX news lately, starting to get a clearer picture of where some of you gun nuts are getting your information (mis-information) from!

No point in registering them or regulating them. You pretty much made the point by answering your own question. Here's a question for you, how did current regulations or laws prevent the above shooting? Even if it doesn't prevent it how does it help the situation by wasting all our tax dollars regulating something that can't be regulated efficiently? Do you know how much it costs to make new laws, regulations, or to enforce and prosecute them? I don't know for sure, but I am guessing billions wasted in canada and the states by our governments that could have paid for free health care or free dental care or free post-secondary education or even make the public education more efficient.

I understand you don't like guns, but creating a law against owning them doesn't change the fact that guns exists in our society and won't go away no matter how hard you fool yourself by thinking a law is going to make crime or guns disappear. The best way to make society better is though education, not force.

Typical SBR responses in this thread.

A normal response: I'm glad no one was hurt seriously and glad these guys managed to keep this basket case out of the store.

Why would a normal person be glad?

Since you don't know them and are disassociated from it, why wouldn't the normal response be to not even care?

It's called compassion. A natural trait of a functional human being. Ones who don't have it are either sociopaths (or psychopaths), have learn not to feel it, or a lot of times a defense mechanism kicks in to avoid the feeling of not being able to stop or change the situation.

I know what you are talking about, but I don't think it's the norm to feel compassion for something or someone far removed from your own reality. Just like a movie, some people cry during each scene, I think that is over emotional. Some people see it for what it is - a movie whether a true story or not it's still not really effecting your life. Just like this video, it doesn't have any real effect on the majority of sbr people who watch it.

I feel compassion for events in my own life, not event in other peoples lives. I don't think I am ab-normal.
