I hate rematches in the same conference. Win your conference championship. That’s your playoff. How do we know that ND and Clemson are the top teams in the country? Especially when they didn’t play any OOC games? Remember the year OSU and Michigan were considered the 2 best teams in the world? 2006? They both got their asses kicked in the bowls. Absolutely slaughtered. I think the committee should always try to have just one team from every conference and some years have an AND one play in if there’s teams that are similar. So this year, I would take the winners of the championship games and have let’s say OU play Oregon as a play in, but also allow non P5 teams so maybe OSU/ NW would play Cinci as a play in and Bama and let’s say ND would have a bye week. Some years you may or may not need a play in and some years you may need 2 play ins and on occasion there could be 3 playing but very rare.

Well it’s 2020. No one played OOC games really. I have always supported a 6-game playoff with 1 and 2 getting byes and better seeds getting home games. Five Conf champs and then either a non-P5 or second best Conf team. Eight is too many, IMO.

I like this but some years you don’t need 6, just 5 and every blue moon, you need 7, so the committee should have flexibility of and AND 1,2, or 3.

NW offense so bad. I can see why they lost to Mich State. How the hell is OSU losing to this team?

Justin Fields should have already been benched

Sometimes it's just a bad matchup and/or the qb is off

I’m not sold on Fields as a passer at the next level. Great runner but his passes seem to float and his receivers are usually wide open.

Fields looks like shit today. Might have to check his checking account. I feel a missed FG.

Haha, he missed it. OSU looks very disinterested in this game. I’m a bit upset because I wanted them to look great here so that I could fade the hell out of them in the CFP. That’s ship just sailed.

Undisciplined penalty, Ohio State should've stayed on the bus.

Sometimes it really looks like multiple kids are on the take. Fields, then the kicker choking, now OSU defenders with wtf penalties to keep NW drive going, although NW play calling is horse shit. This game is starting to smell fishy.

Wow, I had a feeling that NW would return the favor with a missed FG too. This game has really been poorly played. OSU has given this game to NW but they refuse to take it.

We all know the backup qb is capable

If the Buckeyes lose gotta blame this one on coaching

    Fields is 9-23 with 2ints

That missed FG woke up the Buckeyes. NW really fukked up this game.

I wouldn’t let Fields pass again.

NW must have gotten the call that if OSU loses, the conference loses a shit load of money. That defense was hot garbage. It looked like they let OSU score on that last play.
