Planning on doing the re-up to Pro early next year. Soon after I discovered SBR I disregarded the ratings because SBR takes AD $$$ and other perks from Books. When a book like Bovada is rated as high as it is something is not right in my eyes. This site is about Entertainment and gambling on the cheap. Back in the Day used to wager on a much larger scale, but no more. If you really think SBR Management was part of the Fraud, the best thing to do is stop visiting the site. Plenty of other sports forums to frequent. Posting up offshore to an unregulated entity is a risk one takes. It's part of the Game.

What would a responsible affiliate do? Not only apologize, but also provide us with some info.

What would a real watchdog group do? Well, being they are based in CR, they would do some digging and provide updates on what is going on. What is going on at BI's office now? Is it empty? Is it being used by another book? Whose name is on the business license for Betislands filed with the CR government? Is it a gringo or a tico?

Again, there are so many questions they could answer for us. They won't. And they even want to defend Jon, to try to convince us that he is hardly to blame! This is incredible, how stupid they think we are.

from what ive gathered when they started shopping it around to other books. And thats when players like myself started getting warning to try and get out. I took a shot and hedged out to youwager. I got really lucky and only got stiffed for 400.

I actually believe you, my guess is you dont handle the day to day operations of the business, and you were probably blindsided by this on Sunday. So why not release all the names of the the BI crew? Release their real names, addresses, phone numbers, bank info, etc. You will not only give these players who got ripped off a place to start with getting their $ back or a way for them to pursue it legally, you will show other books SBR doesnt take it lightly when they rip off players. Yea you might lose a sponser or two but it will show SBR really has the players back. I personally didnt have any $ in this mess, but it is very disturbing that you are hiding the thiefs info.

Thats exactly what I'm trying to do. and You have some of "my money". You accepted money from a guy and a business that scammed me, John. The reason you got paid was because I didn't. I'm sorry you ended up getting scammed as well and with that thought in mind, why won't you work with us and answer who the investors were, where "Jon" is and whether this investor is behind any other books, particularly any other affiliate books.

I think it would be a good idea to do this by pm only with members that had an account there. I still think SBR needs to come out with a sticky response to this issue and go from there. I am shocked they haven't done this yet.

Nearly all those are covered in the 100's of post and some are just rhetorical. Others I'll take a crack at.

3. Check my last 100 posts for more details. Either they were gold medal liars or they really did intend to get payments going and carry on what was a pretty good business. In this aftermath my guess is the infighting at BI and maybe even some trust issues caused the money people to turn away. The truth will eventually come out but thats my best guess.
