    Bookmaker payout complaint

Requested a $1K payout via Bookmaker's website yesterday, which I just received email confirmation today has been processed. However, when I logged into my account this evening I'm missing $110. Nice little suprise. I use their live chat feature to find out what's up and find out the payout method I used had a $110 fee. Nothing like disclosing the $110 fee after the fact and not during the request process (somehow that makes sense to them). I've been gambing online for awhile and completely understand that there are fees associated with certain payouts, but I would have been nice to know the amount before, or as mentioned earlier, or at least while I was completing the payout request. I can't be that hard to make that part of the withdrawal process.

So I ask the lady I was chatting with where I would have come across this information regarding the fee. And was told to read the rules on the cashier page. I've spent about a half hour now and can't find the rules on the cashier page. I mean really how hard is it to make this information easily available.

Has anyone else been hit with an undisclosed payout fee like this? Honestly, if they want to be like that and need the money that bad screw it - they can wrap a bow on it and consider it an early Xmas present.

At least they still left me with a little money which I build my account back up. But I don't feel like I've ever deposit another dime with them unless they are willing to refund a portion of their bull shit fee.

Just needed to vent a little bit.

Not sure it is complaint worthy, when I go to the cashier and select withdrawal, it pops up with a message stating all of the fees and cashout options. If this doesn't happen to you, sure complain, if you x'ed that little window, not much more they can do.

That 110 fee must be p2p payout. To me, it's high fee to get a payout.

$110 for a cashout is robbery. And bookmakers 20cent lines don't make me want to deposit there either.

Only baseball has 20cent lines, it's not like every sport there is a ripoff. Just took Bookmaker for a dime last night on Broncos -9.5 -110, you couldn't find a better line than that anywhere else.
