I don't know but you gotta believe this guy is gonna be able to stay at his "peak" longer than most.....he's 27 so maybe 3 4 5 "peak" years left....might already be the greatest RB of all time and he's a better person than a RB. Hopefully they get him a title up there before he's done, he definitely deserves it.

If Joe Webb isn't starting next week I give up. Ponder isn't the answer. Wasting one of the best rbs in the game in his prime. i'm not sure how the coaching staff believes he is. Half the posters on SBR can get 36 yards.

AP will definitely be in the discussion for one of the top rbs of all time

Dude came back relatively early from that injury from last year and didn't skip a beat. Just imagine if he was playing on a good, well balanced offense

    dude is a stud

If he plays for 12 years like some of the big boys did, there is no doubt he will be top 5 in most all RB stats. I believe he's averaging 5.0 yds/carry. That's Jim Brown/Barry Sanders territory there, boys.

I'm also weighing in that the defenses he faces have zero pass threat as well. Emmitt Smith and oth great RBs had at least a balenced offense.

So pissed after this game.Had a TON of cash on it would have given me a good shot at $10000 if i hit .He gets a great running play and instead of keeping on running every time they passed and he threw an INT . Even a screen would have probably scored. There were 14 points left out there because of those dumb plays. You kill them with the running then get in red zone and start passing .Dont get me wrong passing can produce quick scores for the Over and really help it where running just eats up clock but once in a while you get a game like this where the run just gashes the defense. They could not stop AP. That killed the Over.

Ponder had no business throwing in the redzone tha tclose to teh goal line.. I'd rather let AP run it all 4 times and turn it over in downs if I have to then let Ponder throw it..

I do not mind him throwing if it was like 3rd and 10 but when AP was destroying the defense you have to keep going with it. This is one of those games that you look back and wonder WTH were they thinking. Even at the end of the 1ST Half did you notice the 2 minute play calling? That made no sense either. GB had the ball at their own 4 . Why would MINN not call a time out they had all 3 and there was still 1:40 + left. GB did pull out a 3rd and 5 but seriously why would any team in the world if a team is backed up on their own 4 YD line NOT call their TOs? Even though GB pulled out 3rd and 5 if they had not they would have got the ball back in good field position. And GB since they did convert the 3rd and 5 would have had a better chance to score because they would have had more time then.

It's a shame Fitzgerald and Peterson play the game hard and the way it should be played and both are in their prime wasting away because their QB's are beyond awful.
