    Some of those payday loan places are doing it.

    Dont know where you live but here in Ohio a place called checksmart has people there who help you file your taxes and then you will get a loan right after your taxes are done.

    Sweep i wouldnt do anything online. Im sure H n R block and jackson hewitt do it. Also most check cashing places do as well. Call around
