Great matchup. I'd make Pitt -1 on neutral court.

Might be able to guage that a little better after tonight's Gonzaga, Washington State game since the Cougars played Pitt earlier with the Panthers taking a 57-43 win. Pitt was my pick in the Big East to start season and I had the Zags down for something like in the 10-15 slots of the rankings.

idk if the Zags have anybody that can bang with Blair down low. Guy is a monster in the middle. Maybe Pitt (-2) on a neutral court

Pitt alum and I'm unable to be unbias, hence why I never bet on or against my team.... that being said... Pitt takes em with more physical play

I'd go with Pitt , zags have struggled in first half's against average teams

right now I'd say zaga wins... but if/when fields and brown get healthy and playing "right" for the panthers... It would be a good game, with Pitt having a slight advantage

Interesting the way the two Washington St games against Pitt and Gonzaga played out. Both the Panthers and Bulldogs pulled away in the second halves to win and played solid defense, but the games were different. Pitt beat the Cougars 20-3 from the line for a 14-point win was the big reason they won while the Zags were -10 at the line to the Cougars and won with better 3-point shooting. Then again, it's a little hard to tell how much of it was Pitt/Gonzaga defense and how much was really Wazzu's own offense.

All I know is I'd love to see Gonzaga and Pitt eventually meet.

They are both looking excellent, Gonzaga looks like a REAL team and not some fluke with one good player, i.e. Adam Morrison.
