How does this work is there just a person in Nicaragua just chilling in one of these places picking up the money or is does it work much different than that? Always been curious

I assume it works the same in nicaland as it does in ticoland, but I'm also going to assume that that is knowledge that probably should be kept off of the boards.

The Feds created their own processor, they had agents sign up and play at sportsbooks. I see where you're coming from but there is nothing (probably even the owners of SBR know) that the feds don't. In fact, they are probably working with quite closely with OIJ.

yah, cr isn't very strong in the pain management department. there is literally nothing available whatsoever in between codeine and morphine/fentanyl. no vicodin, oxycontin, hydros, etc. codeine is over the counter, and morphine/fentanyl is only available via injection at certain hospitals - it's highly controlled.

CR is not a heavily-addicted prescription pill society. They're more addicted to coffee, weed, and coke/crack. Costa Rica has universal health care (prescriptions included), and you have to go certain government pharmacies to get your medications. Our 'pharmacies' here pretty much sell stuff like cold medicine, home remedies, tylenol, etc. Pretty much what you can get at walmart's over the counter section.

Actually I take that back, because it's probably near impossible to get suboxone over there
