Also what if your a SBR Pro, win it all, and don't want to play at the Main Event?

If the winner doesn't wish to claim the 10K entry + trip to sunny Las Vegas, the prize will be rolled down to 2nd place. We'd hope though that those enrolling in the WSOP Main Event freeroll would be gunning for 1st place.

And one finally stupid question directly for you Lou. Have you considered a cheaper alternative? Maybe providing SBR gear to players who are going to go anyways to get you out there. Might also suggest having SBR poker pro's (Non Paid) as I've suggested before LOL. 3 more days Boys & I'm pro.. No more 10 point buy ins.. Get ready

Nobody remembers who won $1,500 or $2,500 event #35232... everyone remembers the World Series of Poker main event winner.

The satellite winner will be provided with an SBR baseball cap to wear while seated at the tables.

Grand final structure 10k starting chips 15min levels that will do for an online tourny, or split it into 2 days make it 20k stack 20min blinds now that be sick. 2days just adds to the excitement anyway.

The prize pool is very skewed because of logistics. Perhaps a solution can be entertained that the final tables finishers 2-9 get some sort of revenue share with the winning horse at the WSOP. It doesn't have to be much maybe 1-2% of any winnings but it will alleviate a lot of complaints i think.

Non-Pro members are welcomed to play for a 15-point entry fee....however, If a Non-Pro finishes in the top 3 of the daily satellite tournaments, he/she must become an SBR Pro within 72 hours to avoid forfeiture of their Grand Finale seat. Become an SBR Pro.

I love the idea too, maybe something like each final table finisher gets this % of the winnings if the 1st place winner cashes in the main event:

2nd: 6%
3rd: 4%
4th: 3%
5th: 2%
6th: 1%
7th: 1%
8th: 1%
9th: 1%
10th: 1%

20% total given away to the people who reach the final table. All the people who reach the final table will really cheer hard then for whoever gets 1st.

I agree with this. Lets think about the percentage numbers but I think spreading the luck with the final table is the right thing to do.
