We had a Turkey in the deep freeze since Thanksgiving - bought for cheap, of course. Decided to roast it for Easter. Cooked it yesterday for hot Turkey/Swiss wraps, making creamy Turkey noodle soup today and a lemon pudding coconut cream cheese pie for dessert. Pics to come later.

I took the Suns to win the whole thing, we’ll see how that goes…..
