    Miami Dolphins
-Entirely new coaching staff, implementing a west coast offense (similar to GB), switching from a 3-4 to a 4-3 base defense
-Defensive line has held opponents to 3.6 and 3.7 ypc the last two years
-QB David Garrard has an edge at gaining the starting job due to experience
-WR Davone Bess caught a career-low 51 passes a year ago, but will continue as the main option in the slot

-TE Rob Gronkowski says his surgically repaired left ankle feels great
-RB Stevan Ridley averaged 5.1 ypc and was the team’s only runner with runs longer than 20 yards (five)
-Nate Solder takes over for Matt Light in protecting Tom Brady’s blindside

    New York Jets
-Main focus during training camp is rebuilding team chemistry
-Little depth and experience behind starters at RB, WR, TE and the defensive secondary
-Acquired former Panthers RT Jeff Otah, who helped pave the way for the first teammates in NFL history to each run for more than 1,100 yards in the same season
-QB Mark Sanchez was sacked a career-high 39 times last year, while he threw all but four of the team’s 547 passes
-Move back to ground-and-pound, with RB Shonn Greene averaging 4.0 yards per carry in six of seven games when carrying the ball at least 18 times
-WR Santonio Holmes hasn’t exceeded 100 yards in a game since November 2010
-Expected to play a new 4-3 defensive scheme

love the Garrard move by Miami I think he is a good veteran QB and Miami made the right choice picking him up. Buffalo is also stacked with talent and I expect them to give the Jets a run for their money for 2nd place in the division and the potential wild card spot. Patriots just keep improving and even though Brady isn't getting any younger the players around him are getting better. I expect them to win 13-14 games. This is one of the tougher divisions in the league with all 4 teams having the potential to finish over 500.
