    Bet365 (however opening lines are -120 with "Live Betting")
    They offer only a limited number of games and sometimes they "Pull" the 4th quarter betting option OTB (Off The Board)

    Pinnacle also offers 4th quarter betting.

    5dimes offers 4th quarter betting but ONLY at halftime, not after the 3rd quarter.
