    Spurs cheap tactics

First a rattle snake in the lockeroom of the Blazers, now no air condition for Game 1 of the Finals. This was done to slow down the pace of the Heat, get them tired faster and bring them down to the Spurs pace of game. Spurs are being cheap to win.

I hope Riley has something prepared for the Spurs when they come to Miami. Maybe food poisoning at the hotel. A wins a win. Billion dollar arena with no AC....i guess it suddenly went down before the game....

I didn't bet on the game and i haven't bet since the 2nd round but there's been two very rare instances that's happened at the AT&T area this playoffs in key game 1. The snake, and now no heat in the building. My opinion is both instances are related and its an effort by the Spurs to gain an edge. Spurs were ready for the humidity the Heat were not. Both these situations are more serious than a shot clock. One deals with fears and mental focus on a young team (Blazers) and the lack of AC plays directly to the superior athleticism of the Heat. Cheap tactics.

Exactly. I knew from the 1st qtr. If you know in advance how humid it would be you can drink special fluids, mentally prepare for the conditions. There's no way the Heat were ready for the Heat...lol

Spurs actually are one team that can play at any team's pace. The can run and gun with teams like OKC and then play snails pace with teams like Memphis.

More like Red Aurbach for the Celtics long ago, he used to shut off the hot water to visiting clubhouse and changed the nets every game because he thought it would slow the ball down. LOL Stuff like that. No to mention the Old garden didn't have A/C
