    Central Pulse/Melbourne Vixens UNDER 103.5
No problem with Pulse scoring too high and Howarth might be a little rusty. Total rated to be 90 goals.

I am also leaning towards the Steel (-4.5) but not 100% sure on this game yet. Swifts are due a good game so no bet until I have a deeper look.
nice hits, didnt tail the steel pick, did tail the other 2...hope you won that aswell, dont know where to check.

Shame about sando's 4x afl pick, bet 365 only had -66.5 line...oh well, congrats to whom had the -60.5 line

No more Netball bets this week.

Decided not to bet on Steel/Swifts game. Swifts off a bye and have a key player returning. It's their last trip to NZ this year. They'll be keen to perform so game is too hard to cap.

    We'll get more next week.

Parametta covering the +6.5 was ridiculous, anyone watching the game noticed the Cowboys were literally near Paras goal the entire game, literally for the majority of the game and seemingly couldn't cover. Somehow on the few possessions by paramett they get a BS call for their initial "try" and another that seemingly was legit. But whatever that is what happens sometimes, seemed to be ref bias...para playing at home. Que sera sera.

Its just funny because I feel somewhat guilty, I did question Sando about the pick and it lost, I know these things happen, but like most of us superstitions play a role, and I hope I didn't make him feel like a MUSH hehe.

    Steel won by 5 goals.

If you took yesterday's line of 4.5 you win.
If you took today's line of 5.5 you lose.
Like I said, no bet for me.

    Nice middle!

I usually like at least 2 goals for a middle but I'm fairly conservative.

    Do you play many middles?

that was actually a hedge more than anything! just got lucky...i don't play a lot of middles, tried a lot in the nba first round playoffs and failed everytime. got magic +6.5 and thunderbirds ml @ 1.80 in this one, try again seeing as i got lucky last game!

netball is actually very enjoyable to watch

    Nice.

I think it is the most underated sport to watch and gamble on.

But don't say it too loud or the bookies might get a bit sharper.

You tend to find lots of value.

The NBA, MLB, AFL etc has a high volume of bets and as such the bookies spend a lot more time and energy framing the right markets. If they do get it wrong then the sharps take the value lines before the rest of us can get them.

Netball is not a 'popular' sport and as such not many people gamble on it. Therefore if you know your stuff then there is always plenty of value in the market.

    Just my theory.

Had to take a break and clear my head after my burial on the AFL plays on the w/e. Was just about the worst w/e I have ever had in footy, a few bad beats didn't help, my big play (4x) on the Blues -61.5 was probably the worst as they won by 61, and the Kangaroos and Hawks both had the spread easily covered ealy in their games only to watch their leads slip away as the game wore on, just one of those w/e's, have to take the good luck and the bad in sports betting. I hope noody lost as much money as I did. Haven't posted any plays in the NBA last couple of days but nobody has missed much, lost a big play on the Spurs ATS in game 1 but bounced back with a big play on the Griz m/l yesterday and a small play on the Knicks. Not touching today's NBA games. Good luck to all with your plays.

Yeah you are right mate, I can take some small satisfaction in hoping some of you who followed actually got the Blues at the -60.5 and as far as my SBR plays go then sure I can grade it as a winner, however personally by the time I placed my wager I ended up getting -61.5 (closing line -69.5) of course never knowing that a single point in a 60 odd point spread would come back to haunt me, it was the KO blow in what was just a horrible w/e in AFL, although I will persevere and will post my plays for this w/e later today. It just goes to show how getting the best line you can is so important, which is why everyone should have multiple accounts. These are what I would recommend.

    USA

You guys do it the toughest due to your stupid gambling laws, but if you were only going to open say three accounts these are what I would recommend in order of importance.

    1. 5 Dimes - If you can't have more than 1 account then it has to be 5 Dimes. Very focused on US sports, -105 reduced juice lines and overnight baseball lines.
    2. Heritage.
    3. Bovada.

    Australia

    1. Pinnacle - absolute must, if you do not have a Pinny account as an Aussie then you are still an amateur/part time gambler. There are no exceptions if you are serious about sports betting. This is a site for professionals with live betting over the Internet and -105 lines.
    2. Either Sportingbet or Centrebet - exactly the same and usually the best odds of the Ausse sites, easy deposits, permanent log-in's (mobile) and quick pay outs.
3a. Bet365 - Shitty odds but the biggest range of markets and prop bets, especially on US sports.
or 3b. IAS or Sportsbet - Decent odds and a great range or markets (over 200+ on most AFL matches) but both owned by Paddy whom I don't trust.

    Europeans

You guys are spoilt for choice, the only thing I would say is avoid all Paddy owned sites. Their integrity is questionable IMO. Also I know from experience that the Greek and William Hill are as reputable as they come.

Am I just talking shit? How do I know this? Because I am 34 and have been doing this for 16+ years without ever taking a year off. I have had so many accounts i've lost track of most of them. I used to do arbitrage which requires a ton of international accounts to do successfully. I've also done lots of "bonus whoring" why not - it's free money. I have had experience with every mentioned site except Heritage (as the bastards won't let me open an account) but I have heard nothing but good things about them. Ht up Goatmilk if you want an opinion on Heritage as I know he uses them regularly.

    NBA

Haven't posted any NBA plays last few days, but have been doing quite well in NBA over the last few weeks.

Getting in early as this line won't last.

    NY @ Indiana
    2.5* Pacers -3.5 (-108 Sportsbet)

The line will be -4 to -5 or by game time.

Had problems with ladbrokes, so I stopped using them, are they owned by paddy?

Use tab in newzealand, not a lot of options, and you cant withdraw online you can only go in with photo id and such.

really like bet365, easy to withdraw online, always giving you loyal bonuses.

I mainly use CB what do you think tonight's offer on pussys/bombers , if your team scores over 90 points and loses you get your coin back.
Not bad at all 2 attacking teams.
    Go the pussys

Saying that will have to get on to Pinnacle get the live on line betting happening?
How easy are deposits and withdrawals with Pinny and US books if you don't mind me asking Sando?

Theres another nice offer from Sportsbet this w/e in the two blockbuster games (Cats/Bombers & Swans/Hawks) if you back a team and it loses by less than 12 points you get money back. In particular would not be surprised to see the Swans/Hawks game finish in a tight one?

With Pinny if you use a middle man like Moneybookers, Netteller, etc then it's easy as to deposit and withdraw. Personally I use Moneybookers to swing money around between my various accounts. If I withdraw from Pinny to Moneybookers it's almost instant - 1 hour max wait, and then from Moneybookers into my account less than 24 hours - very impressive for a book that's based in the Carribean. Deposits into Pinny instant of course, either using POLi through Pinny or c/c through Moneybookers (no fee). You get 1 x free withdrawal a month from Pinny and then $30 per withdrawal after that.

No matter what sites you sign up with outside of Australia, whether they are based in the Caribbean, Europe, etc it makes life so much easier using a "middle man" an e-wallet if you will. The are many but I personally think Moneybookers (Skrill) and Netteller are the best. That way you don't have to worry about delays (especially with withdrawals) currency conversions, associated fees for withdrawing from foreign $ into AUS $, there are many advantages, especially if you have multiple sportsbook accounts.

No solid opinions on the Bombers/Cats tonight, small lean towards the Bombers and might have a sneaky unit on them at the m/l (but probably not). certainly will not be posting a play on SBR.
