the suns are back home after a 4 game road trip, and while i would like to play the mavs here, they have just been brutal on the road lately. instead im going to jump back on the suns overs with a favorable schedule here in march with lots of home games over the next few weeks.

The fact that Bibby had the flu and some rough stats a few games back is keeping this number down.

Too funny CK, buddy of mine that I hadn't seen in awhile, saw him yesterday and he handed me a $100 Steelers to win the Super Bowl ticket I had him buy when he went to the Palms last July. It was my local pub guy and needless to say, I had no recollection of that and even though it was only 9-1, nothing like $900 you didn't count on!
Anyway, really looking at either Josh Heytvelt over 6.5 rebs or Jeremy Pargo over 15.5 points + rebs. I think they both will play a ton of minutes. Pargo just may be back to his tourney form from last season and Heytvelt over 6.5 is -145, which I feel is telling me something right there.

Would you please tell me, which book you got that GREAT LINE at? I'm only asking because the SBR live odds tab near the top of the page shows they opened at -6. When I got around to it, they were already -7. Now, I'm not saying you didn't get it but I'd like that number too so I could drop the hammer on it. I'll wait for your response.

Normally I love the beat boston angle, but it didn"t play out when Detroit beat Boston(won next vs. DEN) and may not tonight. Orlando has shown that they can back up a big win. They beat the Lakers then flew across a time zone and beat the Nuggets in Denver the next night. They beat the Lakers at home in Dec. and kept right on rollin with three more wins. And, they beat Cleveland at home and traveled the next night to Toronto to smash them by 23points.
Detroit has been hot but they did just lose their last game. Orlando can run up a winning streak when they get going.

I will ride the Hawks at +2.5. Previously the Hawks lost a heart-breaking home game to the Cavs, and they won't allow the same thing to happen again. Hawks are hot at home, and I believe the Hornets' hot streak ends tonight.

As did I since that would be close enough (far as I'm concerned since books aren't all the same) but that four stuck out like a red splash on a white sheet. Best I saw was -5' (LVSC) and on-line everyone had 6 in some shaper way or fashion (6 or 6').
In all fairness, BB did provide the book he obtained his action. I wished him well and hope they don't bounce the action on him because of a "bad line". Don't like the 1st QTR match-ups today but one more that caught my eye is, New Orleans vs Atlanta Hawks 1st QTR.
New Orleans 1ST QTR Win % = 53%
Atlanta 1ST QTR Win % = 47%
Not enough an edge on the Hornets.
However,
ATL @ Home over last 10 1st QTR games = W 3 , L 7 / 30%
ATL Away over last 10 1st QTR games = W 7 , L 3 / 70%
They are worse @ Home than away in 1st QTR's over their last games.
NO Away over last 10 1st QTR games = W 6 L 4 / 60%

Atlanta is not a deep enough team to sustain a lead over a team such as the Hornets. I did feel that Atlanta would come out fast, because that's what they do. But the Hornets are one of the NBA's best second half teams and are in the top 3 for the third and fourth quarters. It's payday

Me and 4 guys in this thread could score 12 points in a 12 minute span against this Hawks squad. The Hornets look tired and careless, like they don't give a damn if they win or lose.

If you look up to, dare I say "respect" him, why are you in here rooting against one of his 2 plays for the night? Very disrespectful and classless on your part IMO. You can cheer and "hope" all you want under your breath but it's very rude and kinda pointless to post hoping a bet CK and many of his followers have doesn't cash and their team end it's hot streak. Show some class and act like you have been in the winner's circle before even though this game is very far from over. The Hawks got every single call in the 2nd quarter and are only up 7. Personally I like the Hornets(and our) chances, especially with the Hornets 2nd half reputation. But good luck to you with your Hawks play and any other plays you may have sir.
