    Need help with a hockey pronunciation

    Drew Doughty of the Kings. Is it Doughty as is "doubt" or is it as in Dough?

    Maybe Vegas Dave can help, I appreciate it.

    Sorry yisman, but it is actually DOUGHty.

    It is pronounced both ways very commonly, so you are fine either way Bob, but Doughty himself...

    Yeah, the Kings even called him DOUBTy when they drafted him. I'm 99% sure he doesn't care, either. But just the first 5 seconds of this vid, he introduces himself as Drew DOUGHty, and I suppose he should know better than the three of us
