Boxa - no - the BEST way is to take the best line you can find. The reason for waiting for what I consider the worst lines would be to keep you in line with the system, which is fine.
But there are no rules that say you HAVE to wait. The system is a method for betting and as long as you understand HOW to bet and on what games you are gold.
Personally I'm waiting hoping NJ will turn into a dog but I doubt that will happen. It's a love hate with dogs/fav. Dogs you have that awesome cushion of +1.5 BUT - if you lose, that big juice will add up over the next few games to unbelievable heights!
Boxa for you - just try to understand what happens in a loss. Take your loss - add one unit and that is what you need to WIN the next game.

We win if New Jersey wins, if New Jersey game ends up in a tie, or if New Jersey lose not more than a 1 goal difference? For Example we win if it is Tampa Bay @ New Jersey game ends up 3:2 or 2:2 or 0:3 ? And if the game ends like 4:2 we lose?
2) for this game #23 Chicago (M/L) v1 (A) - Win
the play was "Chicago had to win in regular, over time or penalties ?

There are no ties in hockey. M/L means play the team to win outright, +1 1/2 means our team can lose by 1 and we still win bet.
I think he's just questioning whether or not you've been placing on moneyline 3-way. Which with those odds, obviously you are not. But I believe that is the query.

What the hell is a M/L 3-way?. Not familiar with that term.
I agree the +1 1/2 is always better to have and it is avaailable on every game. But backtest showed that the M/L will cover the majority of the time so no need to overpay for a loss. Even though a few more series may be won by having the +1 1/2 all the time, I think over the long haul it would hurt you on plays that the system doesn't call for it. But that is a whole different backtest.
They were a dog for a while, but they are now a favorite again. -110 may be the best line we see from here on. But who the hell knows, that's why I wait. Good luck tonight,

So if the team on scoresandodds.com is -110 or less then it is considered a dog for the system. And if it is -111 or greater it is considered a favorite? Can someone help me out and tell me if this is correct or not?

Detroit's on a 4 game losing streak and TB's on a 4 game winning streak. Wouldn't we be playing Detroit today?
Firstly, although DET did lose 4 straight it is a NO PLAY because they did not lose 3 straight ATS. Secondly, TB does not have a 4-game winning streak. They only won 3 straight so we played NJ +1.5 on Tue and we won.
Wait, sorry. Not TB, I meant Vancouver is on a 4 game win streak. Or does this not count because they lost ATS to Washington?
