I deposit into my Everygame account with Litecoin. To support your argument, Litecoin is one of the crypto with the highest percentage chance of having an ETF approved in the future.

That would be one hell of a coordinated effort if Saylor/Pysh/Alden et al had set this up.

Thx, Lex. I hold some LTC. I use it for small Deposits.

If it doesn't explode, I'm OK with it. I've very convenient.

The last time I read about the chances, it was something like Ethereum 60%, Solana around 45%, LTC 40%, DOT 30% according to analysts consulted by Bloomberg. Now it seems that Ethereum's chances have dropped to 35%.

If you check the news, you will see that they are already putting up several obstacles to not approve ETH now. LTC is closer to BTC than ETH or SOL.
I also saw this article recently:

There is also the narrative that LTC could be the silver of cryptocurrencies.

This could lead to a narrative of selling to those who were unable to buy the BTC aka gold in the future.

They are going to pile in on BTC. You do have valid thoughts on the 100k. There will be dumping but shortly after that, it'll crash right through 100k

You're on the fast track to make a lot of money. You must be on telegram to know about TON. While the MEMEs are hot, look at the best one in each ecosystem such as CULO and NINJA (Dogwifnunchucks). WIF should hit again soon. There's talk about it being on the Sphere in Vegas. I really don't recommend this MEME coin method for anyone but if you don't go degen, there's a ton to be made. Did 3x on MYRO this week and more on some others. For the top coins, I'm still high on SOL.

edit- want to add that the TOKENs such as NINJA can also tank, big time risk/reward.

The guys on LTC are leaving a lot of money on the table. BTC, ETH, SOL will all outperform. When a coin starts dropping it doesn't come back unless it's a MEME Coin. LTC will make money but there's much better out there.

With this Ethereum upgrade, all the ETH Ls have cheap fees.

Yeah I am doing well really.

Taken out enough to pay a chunk of deposit on a house I recently bought. Would not have it without that. And am starting to think the "little bit I had leftover" after having to sell a chunk is going to end up enough for a full deposit on another property the way we are going now

Yeah grrrr GRT (and SHIB). But I bought INJ at $32 so already 50% up from there. Not sure what else in this world during our lifetimes has ever produced profits like that outside crypto, so trying to not let greed make a sunny day cloudy. :-)

Dogwifhat was fully funded from what I have heard. So it should show up on the sphere.

As far as ton I got in on redo(g) early up 10xs now on it. There is a discord I'm in that they feel the sol meme have become over saturated so they moved onto ton as they are having a notcoin drop. So guys are getting in early there and riding the wave. I haven't jumped in yet need some more powder!

Here ya go Chucky (thanks for the points, BTW): Youtuber Brian Phobos is a LTC fan.

    https://youtu.be/lrOrwNlAT-Y?si=-dXphFmy3jCFJjED&t=476

I have some LTC - gotta hang onto it for about 4 more months to avoid the short term gains tax when I sell it.

    --------------------------------------------

It's a little early but I'm already hearing about exit strategies. Some intend to "ladder out" (reverse DCA). One guy I follow is planning to sell all his alts and ½ his Bitcoin and then re-buy at a later date, i.e. bear market. That's pretty extreme but the guy lives in Puerto Rico and doesn't have to sweat taxation....

    ---------------------------------------------

It's been a long time but I'd forgotten how a bull market can make us all look like geniuses. In a bull market, everything goes up....

Definitely. BTC looks like just a store of value unless someone comes up with a better L2. I don't think that ETH will be point of sale. Something will make point of sale instant and when it does, crypto usage will explode. Merchants will no longer have to pay the 2-3% credit card fees.

Bitpay only takes a couple of cryptos. What's going to happen when Bitpay adds Solana and others that are cheaper and faster? LTC is only going to lose market share, they aren't going to pick up any. LTC added a privacy feature and no one cared. I may be wrong but those are my thoughts on LTC.

Ya, that would be truly insane to get out now. This is what we're waiting for.

Somewhat off-topic. My opinion on who SATOSHI is:

    1) Could be Nick Szabo.
...In Japan, they sometimes reverse the first/last name. NS = SN, get it?
...Very bright guy. One of his early project was Bit-gold, like a trial for Bitcoin.

    2) If it's not Szabo, it could be a conglomerate of people (not one guy).
...These coders were very connected back then.
...Hard to imagine that it's NOT part of the group that's commonly referenced. Szabo/Finney/Back etc.

One can enter BTC now but they should be prepared that there investment could go red during the next bear market. So, latecomers should be ready for a long term hodl - at least 5-10 years....

If Bitcoin everntually goes to $1M, $73K is going to look like a steal....

I lean to Bitcoin being the invention of some think tank.... perhaps an "agency" invention - an uncorrupt but freedom-loving part of an "agency". Satoshi being the spokesman...

I believe Satoshi still holds 1 million BTC. Will be interesting to see if money from that wallet ever moves.... If it does, that will be BIG, big news...

I know this sounds like a complete wank but as I have mentioned before I am pretty sure I spoke with "Satoshi" in the mid noughties. He was frustrated about how the US govt was reacting to things like Egold and Ebullion and any sort of money transfer business they could not control. He described his idea for a distributed payment system that could not be shut down once rolling, and talked about me working for him as a public face (fallguy I was suspicious of at the time) for an investment program attached to the project. It never went very far as we had a minor falling out and both wanted to go our separate ways. When I came to learn of Bitcoin a few years later I went ding ding ding right away. Finally the stuff he described made sense (some sense lol). So personally I am pretty sure he is just one person. Had the impression he was over 35 but under 50 and from phrasing and spelling also pretty sure he is American. He was a terse, driven, impatient, solitary sort of character. I imagined he had no real friends.

    Anyway thats my story FWIW.
