    thanks for the polite note here and your stuff here is very good

    sorry no plays without sending the full amount of risk points even if I have not graded a winner in fact or sbr or whatever. so no credit wagers is the rule, its really to avoid any situation like this or hard feelings either way, so I just make that rule clear as a bell, and also makes grading a busy thread (This one not busy) easier for me to do.
