Should SBR fix this ongoing issue? Treating this just like a payout from a book? I don't think it takes that long to process these orders. I would volunteer to do that job for free if SBR really shorted man-power.

I understand your frustration. I emailed them 2 days ago and asked them to fix this ongoing issue. I believe keeping it within 48hrs is fair but anything else more than that is not acceptable. Look like they are shorted staff, but again it doesn't take that long to send out these orders to your members. Bill or John, I'll volunteer to handle these orders if you are shorted staff. Let me know what I can do to help. Thanks

I have a order in for about 50 hours still says ordered so I presume this will take a while to complete all together

The question is, when does the order is been processed? The fine print said within 48hrs. And if there's a delay, then why? How? What? Who? Then when? It doesn't take that long to send out anything to anybody. First, If this is an ongoing issue and we have several complains, then we need to act fast to fix the issue. Second, find out the root cause and make sure it's not happening again. Is it hard to do? Christ, who's running this operation? Need my help?

the store is open monday to friday 9 am to 5 pm ET. your order has been 3 working days, mon tue and wed. it's only an hour into thu. the store staff handle their jobs very well, and process hundreds of orders every week. there is no issue to fix. you will be notified when your order is processed.

So we discussed and agreed on the 48hrs time frame that was written on the fine print. That should changes to 5-7 business days. So it will eliminate most of the frustration and confusion to all members.

Got mine also (contest) a few hours ago. So guess they send them all out at once, perhaps every couple weeks or some time frame like that. Perhaps all depends on when you order compared to their time table for sending out. But you will always get it, even if it's a bit longer than you might be hoping for, and that's what's really important obviously!
