IPOs usually involve showing some kind of records...what loans do you have outstanding?

Thanks for the PM with details. Unfortunately, it seems like the various MilkBiz' have lost 500+ points. Combine that with extremely loose credit and a willingness to lend to people actively stiffing other lenders, and I can't see the Milk-anything being a good investment without a complete change of management and ownership; if that happens, let us know. Good luck.

According to your points history, at least 300 points lost, and most likely more; 500-700 is the probable amount.

If you get a few investors, I might jump in. Just to clarify this only has to do with the Milk Book and not the Milk Bank, correct? As, Triple D has pointed out, some of your loans are to very high risk lenders that I want no part of. I do think the Milk Book can be a decent investment though.

The MilkBook is a subsidiary of the Milk Bank. We take great pride in our proprietary lending algorithm and have never had a default loan to date.

Looking at a point history only shows that our God ChocMilk has lost some points. Any points separated into the MilkBank have never seen a loss.

So all the points lost were via the Milk-book (which is of course totally unrelated, except being run by the same person with the same lapses in judgement), and losses were even bigger? Not helping your case

You've made some terrible loans, and the only reason you're not down even more if because you manage to find the dumbest guy on the forum (bobbo) to bail you out on your bad ones. That's not a very good long-term strategy.

Pro tip: if you want someone to invest in something, slapping a phrase like "IPO" on it just because that sounds super-serious doesn't cut it. Put up some numbers to convince investors the return is worth it...otherwise you're just begging for points.

Haha...you don't know much about Nader if that's supposed to be an insult! But I've laid out the facts, people are welcome to vicariously make bad decisions if they'd like. Sure, why not, 1 share for me. This place could use a good loan program as long as the stiffs and deadbeats that always run to the casino can get filtered. Even though I've never taken a loan, there have been a number of times over the years I came close to needing a small loan, but none were available.

Well aware of that; however, the last guy "investing" stated he wasn't looking for loans to be given to deadbeat stiffs who run straight to the casino, and you're pretty much the exact example of that and someone Milk claims he would lend to again

LOL ONE PERCENT of all profits? That 100 BP loan to carsmeller paying back 105 got a shareholder a nickel.

(share of the "profit" is 0.05 of 1 bet point!)

If he makes 4 thousand more 100 BP loans at 5%, then a shareholder will have his 200 Bp's back.

Making loans to known stiffs, yeah this will end well. A little advice from a long time Pro here,
Choc ‘o puffs, Get outta the loan business immediately!

Number 1, you’re a relative noob with little or no points bank or history of stiffs you’re lending to. Giving a well known ripoff points stiff like Carseller an “A” credit rating really shows your ignorance and failure to do proper research.

2nd, soliciting investors while offering a 1% return on “profits” is a fuk’in pipe dream, as JoeCool has so eloquently pointed out.

You obviously like to gamble, so what happens when you lose your investor’s points or you get stiffed, like Triple D said? Can you absorb those losses and the inevitable stress that will come with it?

Build a solid points account on your own, and you won’t need “investors” Kinda looks you’re having trouble doing that, hence, your little IPO thing.

Ask a veteran SBR Pro like Triple D, Yisman or SecretStash how much money they’ve lost to points stiffs, and you’ll get the true reality.

Hope we don’t end up call’in you Milk Dud, but we’ve seen these fiascos played out here many times before.

I'd like to invest. Question though. Shouldn't you have an additional 10200 points showing on your balance since you own 51 shares? I see the 800 points from the other 4 investors. I can take the answer offline also. TIA.

No we are all transparent here. No the 51 shares are just so I control how the loans and milkbook are run. You could see it as a managing fee. Your purchase of a share allows you profits to the loans and the milkbook hassle free. And you can sell your shares like the ipo says when you need to.

I'll give you an even more honest answer Frank: the 51 shares was chosen because having 51% of the shares gives control over a share-voting company. Same reason he's using terms like IPO inaccurately: it appeals to the sense of make-believe Milk is going for here. The only practical impact of him claiming 51 shares is that he's claiming 51% of the profits for his time.

No mention of how often profits are assessed or paid out, or how profits are realized with extremely low interest rates to an extremely small borrowing pool, a good chunk of who are stiffs. Think of this as a betting fund where a guy with a losing record will do all the picking, won't track his plays, will take half of the profit if he wins and won't have to pay up on losses. Or to put it in make-believe terms Milk will appreciate: this is a non-investment grade, unrated opportunity

All that being said, if you want some relatively cheap entertainment, go for it....even though he's running this terribly, I bought a stake so I can play make-believe concerned investor

LOL He has to make 20 GRAND in profit for people to have their 200 pt. investment back!

If he makes 20 grand in INTEREST/profit, not loans, then 1% of that "profit" is the 200 pts. back!

So if he loans out FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND POINTS at 5% interest, AND everybody pays it back,

then the 5% "profit" on that will be 20 grand, and his investors will get 1% of that 20 grand and be "even" at that point!

LOL No thanks buddy! How the fuk long do you think it would take you to loan out 400,000 points? Never?
