    5Dimes Sportsbook Cash Order

    Hello,

    I ordered $100 in 5Dimes Sportsbook cash on the evening of December 13. I still haven't received it yet. Is there a backlog? I thought it would take about weeks. Can someone look into this?

    Most of the time it will takes more than 2 weeks, but please consider the holiday season and most of the office staff are away for vacations.

    Today I received an email from the SBR store that my order was completed. The money has not appeared in my sportsbook account yet. Should it appear in my account in the next day or 2?

    yes, it takes 1 to 2 days to appear in your account after you get the email from the store.

    It has been nearly 72 hours since I received the email from the SBR store that my order was complete. The money is not in my account yet. I spoke to 5Dimes customer service yesterday and they couldn't answer any questions about this transaction as I didn't initiate it. They said the other side would have to contact them. She recommended confirming the account number.
