If anyone ever has issues with that email address just send your receipt through to forum@sportsbookreview.com and make sure you include your forum username so they can match it up to your account. I remember a couple of years ago there was an issue with that address also but I honestly can't remember why. It might've been something to do with an upgrade of the server or something. Either way though sending it through to the address above will still reach the right people

I also had the same error message with that email address when I tried to renew a few weeks ago. I sent an email to that other address and application was approved the next day.

They are trying to tell me that my SBR Pro membership was accepted in error when I first signed up and that I must now re-apply using another sportsbook registration, thus depositing into another one of their affiliates - thus creating even more revenue for them - after I've had my bet points stolen from me...

To think, a moderator from SBR recently said in another thread that SBR doesn't "push or encourage" users to use their affiliate links.

    What an absolute joke.

That PM you posted in the other thread was saying you are fine for this year with Pinny but for next year, when you want to renew, you'll need a sponsor sportsbook with a balance in it.

You don't need to signup to a new one yet if you don't wish to.

And I guess you are being "pushed" into joining a book for the pro membership. Wasn't really thinking of that. But I meant in general, we are not pushed to join new books every other month like many betting forums.

I know it feels like a croc to you right now after all your problems getting this done. Hopefully it will feel worth it once all resolved. Once you have a sponsor book you only need to have a balance in it at renewal time each time.

I appreciate your input. It does feel like a croc. But life goes on.

Just need to vent. I'll get this figured out.

I understand why you are pissed.

We should have sorted this out by now for you.

What bothered me the most is me transferring bet points to a friend and then he got banned because I logged into his account to help him sign up for the SBR Pro membership. You guys scanned the same IP as mine and banned him for multiple accounts.

I do fully admit to signing into his account to help him get through the SBR Pro sign-up process, but he originally signed up from a completely different IP, in a different city - created a unique Pinnacle account using the affiliate link, deposited into his account, all from his own IP address - and yet still gets banned because I simply logged into his account. Which he then lost the 1500 bet points I transferred to him.

I also fully admit - I transferred the funds to him to try and circumvent the whole 'balance is reset after 1st purchase' rule - you guys have. So that the bet points I gathered over the past year wouldn't go to waste - which I don't see anything wrong or against the rules with doing.

He created an account with your affiliate link, he deposited into the account, thus creating revenue for you guys - and then he gets banned.

I get that you guys need to stop scammers from operating sock profiles and multiple profiles, so it's partly on me for not fully understanding the rules - however, I just feel like we've been done dirty by this whole rewards program....

It is what it is though.

My friend and I did nothing dishonest, I just didn't fully understand the terms of the forum and I guess it's on me for signing into his SBR account from my computer instead of explaining how to get through the SBR Pro Membership process himself.

Again, life goes on. I just really hope to be able to use the remaining balance of my bet points without error, delay, or any further issues.

Appreciate your level headedness in your response to me.

I will tone down the outrage.
