    Is there a DELAY in processing PRO applications?

    Sent money to renew PRO status over two weeks ago. Is someone on vacation?

    Hi Ronald,

    Have you submitted your pro application form? That's usually a cause of delay so if you haven't then please send us the soonest so we can process it. However if you already submitted the application, no worries I'll refer this to the person handling this matter.
