    As somebody who was there I can tell you that it was just basic shit talking there, no way Tatddy should of paid AD for this one. Since he did pay it, without proof yet, AD should stay to his word and give it to charity.

    don't do estate stuff myself; office with another solo who's a specialist in it.... most all estate planning/probate is governed by the rules of the state in which the documents are drafted/person resides.... i know alot about the process in texas, but still refer all such work to the lawyer I referenced. shoot me the question and the state you're in; I can probably give you some general info, but you'd be best served finding an estate planning/probate lawyer in the state at issue.....

    But I know how cocky tatddy gets all of the time. We all know that he made the bet, but was he serious or not is the question. But people have to held accountable at some time in their life. The points are being put to good use so he will be happy about that at least. I am still not even sure that SBR actually sends in those charity donations though, but it is the thought that counts

    yes, p-o, you did, that's why i'm throwing 100-150 pts your way. I'm also going to throw points to others who supported not only me (slanina and pureajb will get 200 a piece for standing up and doing the right thing), but also lesser amounts to the ttaddy supporters who said he'd come through on the bet but didn't hate on me (beer dog, brainfreeze, etc.). As for dickheads like try try try and a few others who had nothing but hate, in the words of a few of my rapper friends, "penetrate all dem niggas"!

    He didn't designate one so i did, and the rest im spreading out among the ample number of charity cases here at sbr, and the posters who supported both ttaddy and myself throughout this sordid deal..... plus, since you want to be a dick about it, that wasn't a term of the bet, i only offered to do that to make him feel better about making such a stupid bet AFTER it was made and accepted and there was no way in hell i could lose. Had he said "sure", do it the united way or some charity that sbr could have supported, i would have done that -- he didn't, so i made the choice myself and started distributing points. (for any lawyers out there, think want of consideration for that promise anyway). I won't cash out the card until the current promo is over, as I've expereinced that cashing out makes you run cold in poker, and have heard numerous other people complain about experiencing the same phenomenom after cashing out gift cards, etc. Bottom line, easiest way to do it just to do the giftcard and get rid of the rest on the forum..... and Bongo may get one fckin' pizza hut pizza outta the deal..... so tattdy can really envision this bet as "he bet me a pizza i wasn't a lawyer".....

    and if you need some legalease on the point, i offered to do it and he never accpeted it, so I decided to donate the gift card myself and just generally spread the points around sbr (well over a thousand already, even some back to ttaddy himself). In ohter words, the offer to donate to his charity was withdrawn b/c it was never responded to. If you need further legalese on the issue, here it is, mutha fucka: FCK OFF!

    I enjoy AD's banter at the poker tables & I like Tat's posts, especially the ones with hot chicks at Giant games. This thread though, soured my opinion of both of them. that's not to say that it hasn't happened to all of us including myself. We all end up looking like losers here at SBR. Auto donk ends up looking like the last attorney you would ever want to hire. And tat appears to be the young loudmouth we originally thought he was.

    let's try to remember this is a betting site, when you make a bet you're supposed to pay. Try try try made a good point that, points bets should be recorded in the bet pionts forum. however I disagree with try try try when he claims that the points needed to be posted up. That sounds like a condition that was not stipulated at the poker table.
    Bottom line here guys is this:
    we all agreed to become part of a community of losers and immature children when we clicked I agree

    Ad comes off as a pretty trustworthy guy because in the end ...he is in fact, an attorney. Tat comes off as a man who in the end, after a lot of heartache, will honor a bet.


    I hope this sheds some light on what type of losers we all look like when we post in thses fourms.

    I only hope that sbr arranges a bash in Vegas that I can attend, to play some good poker, have fun, and back up all the smack I've talked in this forum....
