Received an email from Wulfman. He will not meet his promise to pay 10k today. Updating the balance for the 1K late penalty.

16,750 + 1,000 late penalty = 17,750 due 4/15.

As agreed to by Wulfman. 1% penalty a week on balance until 4/15 then if balance not paid 2%. He agreed to these terms because I was promised over and over that there was no way I wouldn't have 10K by today. He had to help a friend out with money, which is fine, that is his choice but I am sticking to the terms until paid off.
