I went to his points log and saw he received 2 lots of 500 from that nutter throwing his 40k away. So when I cancel it he's in the hole 1k. But he also paid yiser 1k - albeit he took the first 500 points to the casino first. If he'd lost that initial 500 gift yiser wouldn't have seen a thing. So either I put him in the hole for 1k which will be horrific for a dego like him but that means yiser won't see any more points for awhile or I subtly support his casino degeneracy by considering it a once off, in the hope it helps yiser to get paid off quicker. Will need to talk to admin about that.

The whole point is that the Bankruptcy was a bad joke, and was called off after sending a 119 point payment to debt the same day.

Who files for bankruptcy and sends in a debt payment the same day? Further proving this was a joke.

Notice Shari's first statement on this whole thing occurred after I called the BK off.​

Please take the time to thoroughly review the chain of events that led to this misunderstanding before anyone makes negative statements. I'm trying to be positive here.

The actions taken in blowseq's thread SHOULD NOT have inflicted a 1000 point penalty.

I am hoping this clears things up and Shari finds a way to return my 1000 points that were unfairly taken away.

I'm positive that this can happen soon.
