Well it is special because i am the only one even offering a line right now.
But i dont really care if no one takes it. I have already bet $240 at 5Dimes on angola. I am about to add another $400 to that total
may as well just do that then. The rule in the points forum, as you know, is you won't get much action offering a single line unless it's a special.
