yes definitely hence why the 250pt penalty was given out..

u can use this reason.

u can use the 500 borrowed from thad and used in casino (not bj stake)
and u can also use the charity 300 he took as a loan he took from me and gambled with.. hence why i have added 250 to his debt

i was holding ground firm on not wanting to do such a harsh penalty.. but he agreed he crossed the line somewhere.. no need to define the exact instance (but the charity is what sent me over the edge personally)

in either case he knows he owes me the 250 now

I gotta agree with Thad on this. If Carseller says he doesn't owe you anything, and you have no comment, then any payment he sends you should be considered to be the winnings of a free play you placed and not the payment of a debt. It does make logical sense.

Also, it's just not at all believable that you haven't bothered to ask Carseller what happened. And judging by Carseller's comments, you two have discussed this. But we are supposed to believe you read all of the threads, read Carseller's comments and didn't bother to ask him about your points?

Uh no, not what I said. I said everyone said what happened in the thread, regarding me sending him points for the freeplay. I didn't know anything more than that, so I didn't disagree with their conclusions, nor did I restate them.

What I said is I don't know any more than anyone else. Whether he made the bet or not, I don't know. I have nothing to add to what people posted.

Just so everyone is aware, I discovered that Carseller has been vastly under reporting his balance owed to me. (Anyone is welcome to review the facts in my loan thread with him and verify I'm not making it up.) As of right now, he owes 4071 by the letter of the law. However, I have offered to reduce it to 3446 because 1) I'd like the fight to end; 2) I may have made a mistake in my favor or missed a payment (of course I may have also made in error in his favor). So far, Carseller refuses to make the adjustment to his self-reported number. Rest assured, I will not count him as paid in full until I get ALL the points I'm owed (or the reduced amount if he agrees to stop the fight).
