    Kershaw gets lit up

Seven runs in an inning and a third. I realize he's only 22 but at what point you stop using the "potential" word.

Maybe some time at AAA to get things right because things aren't right.

My lessons learned so far this year. 1- Never bet the Cubs. 2- Never bet the Dodgers. Both seem to be big favorites alot, but both are unpredictable.

On a separate note, can the rockies win by two? I have them on the reverse runline. Dammit.

lol you guys are crazy a pitcher will get lit up every now and then...your talking about a kid who had a lower batting average against than Lincecum all of last year. why not send Johan down to AAA while your at it he gave up 10 earned runs the other day

Stay away from Dodgers and Cubs, FAR AWAY. I had Cubs today against the lousy Pirates and they lost it.

I remember how highly touted he was a couple of seasons back, hasn't been able to make the next step though.

Dodgers are a joke this year. usually they wait until after the AllStar break to malfunction.

Why are people surprised by this? have the not been paying attention to Kershaw that since he's come into the majors? This isn't shocking its always a possinilty with a guy that has a high walk rate and rely's on two pitches.

At home since August of last year Kershaw has received the lowest run support of any pitcher in the mlb. A staggering 1.5 runs per game. Why anyone still bets on him at home is beyond me. At the same time he is rocking a solid 2.5 era himself. Dont blame him. He will be just fine. He had a 3.00 era coming into yesterdays game and will end the season with an era around 3.

Hey Bob do you think he still needs to get sent down to AAA. He just out dueled the hottest pitcher in the MLB today.

Haha I think after watching Kershaw start for the first time BobHarvey thought he knew more than Rick Honeycutt and Joe Torre. I was just trying to get through to him that obviously he had no clue what he was talking about and then Kershaw went out and proved it for me.
