Starting the day off in good fashion..

Manchester United (ML) - Risked $34.50 to win $30 - WIN
    Napoli (-1) - Risked $26.25 to win $25 - PENDING

Onto some night action, and hopefully can keep the streak going..

Also looking at the Marlins. Colon isn't great, and he's been hit hard on the road. Marlins have been impressive at home. Can they do it again tonight..?

I am guessing Kershaw to be on a limited pitch count, just so they can play it safe.

Nothing I really like in today's games... I will put in a small play for the brewers, it seems their bats are hot and they are playing great at home.

Haven't looked at the Brewers game.. But was just looking at the Mets @ Marlins game. Wheeler vs Koehler.. Two young pitchers, in Miami where the Marlins are just adding up the victories. Imagine they could win on the road? haha..

Wheeler got crushed against the Rockies, but at Coors field, the Rockies score runs in bunches. Prior to that outing, he had pitched well. Koehler has also been doing well, 3-2 with a 2.41 ERA, but he's been most impressive at home where he is 3-0, with a 0.90 ERA. Monday and Tuesday's games had 7 and 3 runs scored, and I think today we could see a little bit of the same, although both pitchers haven't been too impressive in day games this season. Wheeler has good numbers against the Marlins, and the Mets are only batting .209 against Koehler..

So if I had to pick a side here, I think the Mets could squeeze one out at -108 ML.. So not laying too much juice. The top 3 in the Mets batting order have 11 for 33 against Koehler, with 1 triple, 1 HR and 2 doubles. Could the Mets steal one in South Florida today? Will Koehler get his first loss at home this season?

    Share your thoughts..

Looking at the Dodgers @ Nationals game. Strasburg has good numbers at home, and the Dodgers are only hitting .222 against him in 54 at bats. His troubles this season have come on the road, with an 0-1 record, and a 5.63 ERA. At home he's 2-1 with a 2.25 ERA. As for Haren, he's 4-0 with a 2.39 ERA, but the Nationals are batting .319 against him.

I think this game could go over the total of 6.5, especially with Puig back in the lineup today. If I had to pick a side, I think the Dodgers may be able to pull it off as they have more offensive weapons..

Was also exploring the U1 1st Inning option here..

    Soccer Picks

    PSG -1.5 (-140)

They are playing at home against Rennes who are 3 pts clear of the relegation zone, but also have a game in hand. They have 1 win in their last 5 and aren't playing well. PSG on the other hand can claim the Ligue 1 title today at home. I think the atmosphere will be electric in Paris today, and I think Les Parisians cruise to a comfortable victory, claiming another Ligue 1 title.. Who's with me!?!

    Man City -2 (-130)

With the title in their hands, and 2 home games remaining, I see City coming out full of fire today. Aston Villa beat them earlier this season at Villa Park, and I think City will be out for some revenge. Not to mention they can take full control of their title hopes today. Villa are already safe for next season, so they don't have anything to play for, other than trying to be the spoiler. After having a few slip-ups, but once again having a chance to take control, I don't see City letting this one get away. I think worst case, this will be a push, but I think Villa could be in for a long day if City are really up for it, as they should be.

Surprised to see the Mariners at -115.. I figured it would be higher.. Reason: Athletics are struggling at the plate, and Felix Hernandez gets the ball today for the Mariners. King Felix is 3-1 with a 2.53 ERA, and he has already beat the Athletics twice this season. He's been better away from home this season, posting a 2-0, 2.05 opposed to 1-1, 3.15 at home. At the Coliseum in the last 3 years, he's 4-0 with a 1.97 ERA, and as a team, the A's are hitting .213 against him. Shall I even speak about Straily?

He's 1-2 with a 5.01 ERA. At home he's 0-1 with a 4.91 ERA, and against Seattle this season, he's 0-1 with a 4.50 ERA. The Mariners are collectively batting .314 against him, and since 2011, he's gone 0-1 in 3 starts at home against the Mariners with a 7.82 ERA.

So with that said, I think the Mariners get the win AGAIN, and at -115 for King Felix, that's a great price..

I have this parlay: Giants +2.5 / Mariners ML
    +150 odds

If I see Giants staying within 1, I may take a small play in Oakland +1.5 (-150)
Think this will be a close game.

Got the Detroit Tigers on the menu tonight. Swinging the bat well, and Peacock doesn't look like he has what it takes to slow them down. He's 0-2 with a 5.26 ERA, and away from home, he's 0-2, 3.52. Rick Porcello on the other hand has struggled on the road (2-1, 5.40), but at home, he's been stellar (2-0, 1.32). The ML is at -225 for the Tigers, which I will likely take in a Parlay, but I will take the RL at -110, not having to lay too much juice.

    Anyone on board with that?

    I've got StL-AtL (Under 7)
but I think Wainwright has a bounce - back game. Don't like Cards when they face lefties.

Looking at the Cubs game.. I've been on the bad side of picking the Cubs this season.. Having lost 2 to the White Sox, and seeing Danks' last 2 outings, makes it difficult to pick the White Sox. He's given up 12 runs in the last 2 outings, but I think the White Sox are the better team, and at home, so if I had to pick a side, I'd go with the White Sox

I could go to 0-3 when betting on M's when King Felix starts.
Makes me question if this guy ever wins.
Let's just hope he pulls one out.
Mariners scored a total of 2 runs in the games I bet on them last year.

I would say that Atlanta probably wont score but I'm not too sure about the Atlanta Pitcher, as he has only one outing this year and not much can be said as it was against the giants who are good, but sometimes offensively challenged. Also he had an outing against the cardinals once, and he gave up 6 runs in 20+ at bats.

    More comfy with game total.
I thought I had a sure winner in the SD 1st inning prop, but 3 runs by Cashner in 1st...He usually doesn't give up 3 in a game at Petco!
