Add no walks, 94 mph fastball and 80% strand rate, lol...the only thing he lacks is strikeouts otherwise he's killing this year.

Plenty of guys pitch/hit like this for half the season.

A correction is coming. He has a lot of prior stats to show that.

Again, if he was truly this good, he wouldn't be a 33-year-old first-time starter.

I'm not saying he's a bad pitcher, but his numbers so far are very flukish.

Ventura just walked Molina (.177) and then promptly have up a granny.

Molina hitting .188 so they walk him to get to the guy that is 3 for 3 tonight and is 3 for 3.

Then Atlanta lucked out by getting 7 strong inning and screwed it up by leaving him in after the double in the 8th.

As as for the Braves, they've screwed up a ton of chances. Did anyone think Upton wouldn't strike out there?

Your fast. Just put the damn ball in play.

Yost is so stupid it's mind-boggling.

They will never be relevant with him at the helm. Ever.

And both Uptons can go jump off a bridge. Biggest losers in baseball.

You know, I'm not anywhere near close to being a MLB player, but I did play high school ball in the largest classification in my state against and with guys like Matt Kemp and Josh Johnson, as well as numerous are guys that played major college ball at Wichita St.,OU and OSU.

It's unreal how lacking some of the MLB players are at fundamentals.

Closers walking the lead off guy and then other guys striking out 2-3 times a game.

I would rather take a guy like Casey McGhee that is hitting .320 with 52 RBIs and 1 HR over the guy that is batting .239 with 18 homers and 37 RBIs any day.

Home runs are overrated when you're striking out a ton, killing rallies, and not even putting pressure on the defense.

Pitching pisses me off even more. Ventura could have thrown it down the middle to Molina and odds are he would have gotten out. Same with Addison Reed last night screwing me. Yeah, lets walk Lucas to get to McGhee, Stanton, and Ozuna with a one run lead.....At least make them hit the damn ball!

    Geez.

    Royals strand the bases loaded.

That's the other thing about these past few days -- I haven't seen one clutch hit from anyone I've backed. Nothing.

Couldn't agree more. Like the NBA, fundamentals are sorely lacking. Oh well, it's worked for over 100 years -- why do it anymore? The disrespect for the basics of the game these days is amazing.
