    Netherlands enters semifinal in womens' hockey WC

    Rosario(Argentina), Sep 6: The 12th womens' hockey World Cup in Rosario, the Netherlands became the third team to enter semifinals after defeating Germany 2-1 on Sunday, Sep 5.



    The Netherlands have won all four of their Pool A matches. Argentina and England reached the semifinals on Saturday, Sep 4 from Pool B.



    Argentina defeated New Zealand 4-1, to keep alive its hope of reaching the last semifinal place. Germany and Australia both have nine points each and is set to play on Tuesday, Sep 7 for the final spot.

    The semifinals are Thursday, Sep 9 with the final on Saturday, Sep 11.

    You don't mess with the dutch. Many skilled athletes. Just look at their speed skaters in the olympics, world cup soccer team, and now womens ice hockey team.

    This dutch team in all respect to them, would lose double digits to the ladies from the U.S. and Canada.
