How many Super Bowl rings would they have if Bill Belichick was their coach?

    I think that's probably close.

This team has always had more talent than New England, just no discipline.

Mike Tomlin has a better winning percentage as a head coach than Bill Cowher and the legendary Chuck Knoll.

With the talent that he has, it should be even higher.

They have become a drama filled trash organization on Tomlin’s watch. Regular season wins. Laughable. Nobody does less with more. All that talent wasted.

For all of the talent they’ve had the last 10 years, it’s a joke they don’t have at least 1 more championship.

I realize Brady and the Pats have been a dynasty but....

    Saints
    Broncos
    Eagles
    Seahawks
    Packers
    Ravens
    Giants...

Have all won Super Bowls since Pittsburgh’s last Super Bowl victory.

They really wasted the last 9 years.

They’re turning into the Dallas Cowboys with their drama.

Been just barely good enough to not get canned. Have to think any reasonably minded team management would axe him after this year if they don’t make the playoffs. Which they won’t. Lucky they even have a win and a tie. Could easily be winless.

It sucks being a Steelers fan anymore. If they were a 5-win team with no talent but they went out and tried their hardest and came to the games prepared, I would still watch every game and root for them. But this team has all the talent in the world and zero leadership and a bunch of twitter-obsessed dipshits and clowns getting 15 yard penalties for throwing helmets/yelling at refs/etc and never get reprimanded. They're down 14-0 every game at home and it looks like no one gives a shit.

Tomin challenged a spot midway through the 3rd quarter tonight. I don't know how many times he's done that, let's call it x number of times, and he's 0 for x on those challenges. But he keeps doing it. They got Flacco kind of off-balance a couple times in the 2nd quarter when they pressured him. So how do they adjust? By rushing 3 and watching Snead and Maxx Williams rip off chunks in the middle of the field.

In the last 3 games Antonio Brown has 3 catches for 34 yards in the 2nd half. Total. It honestly looks like he and Ben don't even practice routes during the week.

They're just a penetrating joke of an organization. Piss poor management, worse coaching, no defense, no leadership. It's nauseating.

That was an excellent analysis. Brown acts like he doesn’t care this year.

    Their defense is horrible.

I am still wondering if he is still suffering from that mystery injury that they would not talk about from pre-season. Brown hasn't done much at all this year.

Perhaps this shows Pittsburgh what Bell really means to the team! He’s always been a someone they could count on running and catching out of the backfield.

They never won anything with him though. Back in 2015, they scored more points without him than they did with him.

What the fuk are you all talking about talent on this Steeler team? This defense has been garbage ever since Shazier got hurt. The Steeler front office has nickel and dimed the players for years and it's coming back to bite them in the ass. They have too many individuals on this team, starting with the bitches on the offensive line talking about their own teammate Bell and his contract. What a bunch of cucks.

The big problem is Big Ben. He turns the ball over too damn much. He threw interceptions right to the Ravens. he is too concussed to lead this team. He's a gun slinger with poor sight. He just shoots any and every one. Don't blame Tomlin. Blame Ben.

All great points..... So, why in the hell do people continue to bet on them? Fading PIT this year has been one of the best betting moves I've made lately. I've actually always liked them as a team but it's pretty obvious right now they are a dumpster fire with an aging QB and a shitty coach.

Ur telling us to blame Big Ben but you urself blamed the O line, the defense, and the front office in the paragraph before.

There is no denying this could be a good team if it were focused and had better leadership from the front office to the head coach to the star players. Tomlin challenging close ball spots has got to be the worst return on a challenge you can make, and he does it regularly. It's the equivalent of Big Ben trying to QB sneak a 3rd and 5

There's a ton of blame to go around. The defense is the worst of the bunch but it's a QB league and Ben does not take care of the ball. His turnovers this year has hampered an already awful defense. He's like a crazy ass girlfriend. You don't know what to expect next. It's either good Ben or awful Ben. He needs to manager the game more and stop trying so hard to win games, because he's losing them with his decision making.

Then it seems like theirs different factions on the team. Antonio Brown recording in the locker room, players fighting with each other then the Bell situation. It is really a dumpster fire.

Means nothing, they have won in spite of him and not because of him because that have had the great talent. Postseason failures when coaching comes to the forefront are more telling.

Agreed, Noll had a good quarterback for about 10 years, and garbage the rest of his tenure. Plus, they let the defense crumble as well. Cowher also had crap quarterback play until his last 3 seasons. Tomlin has had a Hall of Famer at QB in his prime for his entire run.

I think Tomlin and Mike McCarthy both stink. McCarthy has Rodgers and has 1 Super Bowl trip. And he beat Tomlin to get his only title.

You just made the point I have been making for years.....Very few have done less with more talent in the playoffs than Bill Cowher. Somehow Tomlin gets roasted and Cowher has always been given a free pass.

All that scribble and not one reason indicating how tomlin is bad. If he is its never laid how. Used to be he was stupid to go for all the time until someone with sense showed it was smart not to mention they convert almost 65% of the time highest in league history of course.

The fault is with the owners and not the coach. You think Tomlin doesn't want Bell on the team? The owners are too cheap to pay him and now it hurts the offense as Ben Roth is one dimensional with no running game.
