    Ideally, you need a bankroll plus about 4-6 months of living expenses in case the shit hits the fan. Prob just better off taking a shot then build your roll up if you busto.

    Kaepernick if u live in States, and I assume you do, $2500 a month is about what you get from unemployment insurance.
    There is no way in hell you can normally live off of that.
    Finish some courses and get yourself a job that pays your twice or three times that much.
