From whatever I've seen of the nhl playoffs so far the Canes are the superior team. They're bringing back the style of 4 years ago when they won the cup against a marvelous Edmonton team and the incredibly quick Sabres.
They seem to still have quite a few players from that year, and they outclassed Boston easily tonight. I'll be looking at futures odds.
Well, the Canes survive after laying an egg in games 5-6. The Pitt series has the possibility of being the best match up of the playoff. Both teams love making plays and will be happy to put on an offensive show. Expect the Canes to dominate.
it all comes down to defense. if the canes keep skating, keep moving, and swarm on defense they can easily beat the pens. if they get caught standing around or let pens playmakers have time and space, they will lose.
