Kegel exercise is when the pc muscle is flexed. You know the pc muscle when you hold and stop pissing mid flow. Rapid contractions of this muscle and strenuous holds/flexes can strengthen it
Your opinion/experience? I have not done in awhile and may start again. What I learned
Benefits:
-Rock solid hard pipe guaranteed
-Shoot twice as hard/long guaranteed, will put eyes out
-Potential for great control, like a shut off valve
-Less downtime between stiffs
-Pipe can become unreal hard when flexing erect, flex while banging and girl will go crazy
Harms/Difficulties:
-Pipe becomes almost too sensitive
-There is a tightrope to walk to hit the shut off valve right. If you miss time it, you will lose the goose
-Difficulty in creating a routine to maintain progression, while not overworking. How long is needed to recover? How many times a week to exercise? How to make sure you're not overworking? Esoteric questions.
-If you bang on workout day, performance will not be as strong than when rested, and the schedule/recover period will be thrown off
-After a few months exercising, it becomes a minor ordeal to workout effectively. You need to do 100s and 100s of reps or hold it for like 5 minutes multiple times. Reps/holds need to constantly increase and it not easy to keep up. If you do not maintain and always improve, you will lose strength and soon will stop all together.
