I know I'm crazy but I like the oilers at +240 for a small bet. They looked very explosive last night vs the Kings and SJ has to lose sometime. Also the Oilers are the type of team that could give SJ problems.

They can be explosive, but I do not think they have a hope in hell to win tonight. They played last night in a crazy game, they are going to be pretty tired today. Sharks will eventually lose at home, but not tonight.
GL though, you're getting good odds might as well take a shot.

Sharks are utterly dominating this game. Shots are 17-1 but the score is 1-1. Haven't watched the Sharks this year on TV, I can see why they are so dominant.

For some reason they dont play like this in the playoffs. Doesnt make sense. They are big, fast, skilled. They should be a cup contender, but every year they come up short. Most impressive team so far this year, and I would love to put a future bet on them.

Yup I know what you mean. They always choke in the 1st or 2nd rounds. I'm not too sure why that is. Maybe this is their year.

Im sure the books will hang some decent odds on them before the playoffs. If they are playing the same way its worth a play IMO. They have made it to conference finals the last couple years. Maybe now they know what it takes.

There coach has helped so far. They struggled at home last year, now they are unbeatable at home. I do wonder if they will lighten Nabokovs load down the stretch, to keep him fresh for the playoff run.

They actually were a couple of seconds away from going up 3 games to 1 on the Wings year before last, but the umpteenth turnover in their own end finally cost them in Game 4 of that series, then they folded like a tent.

NHL isnt fake. Sharks just ran into a hot goalie, and lost on a fluke goal. Happens all the time. Any other night you would have won your bet.
