The Over went 5-11 across the NFL in Week 2, as several notable offenses were stifled. Read on for our top Over/Under picks for Week 3 in the NFL.

The Washington Commanders could see their third Over of the young season as they host the prolific Philadelphia Eagles this week. Meanwhile, can Matt Ryan help Patrick Mahomes with the lofty total in Indy?

Here are our top O/U picks for Week 3 in the NFL (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

NFL Week 3 Over/Under Picks

Week 3 O/U Predictions

Chiefs-Colts Under 49.5 (-110) ★★★★

Matt Ryan’s Indianapolis Colts scored 20 total points against the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars. Those 10 points per game ranks last in the NFL through two weeks, and it came against teams that went a combined 7-27 last year.

Though the Kansas City Chiefs looked unfazed without former No. 1 receiver Tyreek Hill against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, they scored just two offensive touchdowns last week against the Los Angeles Chargers in a game that cashed the Under. Thanks to the Colts’ early ineptitude, this total can stay below the total even with a potential Chiefs outburst.

Eagles-Commanders Over 47 (-110) ★★★★

Allowing 29.0 points per game, the Washington Commanders' defense is tied for fourth-worst in the NFL through two weeks. The Detroit Lions and QB Jared Goff just hung 36 points on this defense. Imagine what Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles are going to do.

Commanders QB Carson Wentz has been an effective garbage man. Both Commanders games cashed the Over as Washington has piled up 41 second-half points, including 26 in fourth quarters alone. The Eagles are tied for fourth in the NFL in scoring at 31.0 points per game.

Rams-Cardinals Over 48.5 (-110) ★★★★

The Los Angeles Rams have allowed as many points through two games as Washington and only had a game hit the Under due to their offensive identity crisis on opening night. They also let the Atlanta Falcons storm back for the backdoor cover in a game that easily cashed the Over.

The Cardinals, too, know a thing or two about storming back. QB Kyler Murray’s heroics in Las Vegas—29 points in the second half plus overtime—plus the lackluster defenses on both sides should give Over bettors confidence.
