    Sorry, I think we are not understanding each other.

    When you say you remembered an unresolved problem, does that mean you have used Bookmaker in the past and had a different problem then?

    Sorry. Yes, I opened an account with them in May 2022. After 2 months of trying to pass verification, I decided to spend my time on something more meaningful And i haven't thought about it since. Now I have some free time, and I can start over.
    I see you've helped others who were struggling with the same problems I've faced.

    Unless I understand that the problem is genuine I can't help. I've asked a question three times and not gotten a proper answer so can't know that.

    You'll just have to keep at Bookmaker to return your deposit yourself I guess.

    Hopefully it gets worked out. Then if you decide to stick w/em you should definitely ask Cust Svce supervisor to provide you with some type of make right incentive (free play $, funds match) for your troubles!
